Hi Buddies

I applied online for McGill University befor the end of Dec and sent the required documents befor the deadline for who want to get scholarship which was Jan. 6th specially for materials science and engineering
When I called the university they answered we have not yet receveid your scores. But ETS said that we reported them
So, I asked ETS to report my scores again. And; they reported my scores another time electronically and also by paper
But, The admission office said again that we have not recevied your scores yet
I do not wanna bother you. after many calling them and e-mailing, Finally they looked carefully at their system and found that they had received my scores previously. and said that: your
scores had been in suspention list and we had not seen them
? It is disgusting. is'nt it
I want to get scholarship.but they found imy scores at their system at Jan. 28. and now, I 'm afraid about not being considered for getting scholarship or even admission for Fall 2008. because the due time for document delivery for getting scholarship was Jan. 6th.it was their mistake not my problem
do you have any idea about this matter?

I Think you should contact them and describe the problem and your worries. In these cases I think they will try to help you regarding the deadlines.

The admission office said please contact to your department. I did. But, they did not answer

من فكر مي كنم بهترين كار اينه كه با منشي graduate دانشكده تماس تلفني بگيريد و كل قضيه رو توضيح بديد.
البته قبلش حتما يك ميل ديگه بزنيد و كل پروسه رو تعريف كنيد و بعد زنگ بزنيد و بگيد با توجه به ميلي كه مثلا ديروز براتون زدم ....

من همچين مشكلي با يك دانشگاه آمريكا داشتم. براي منشي دانشكده ميل زدم گفت من پيگيري كردم گفتند هيچ كدوم از مداركت نيومده.
منم دوباره ميل زدم شماره بسته TNT و اسم كسي كه امضا كرده و confirmation ETS براي تافل و همه چي رو براش فرستادم. فرداش همه مدارك رو توي status زده بود received ! اصولا دردسر اين دانشگاههايي كه مدارك براي grad. office ارسال مي شه ، نه دانشكده خيلي زياده...

ولي نگران نباشيد ... اميدوارم مشكلي پيش نياد . چون همه مدارك شما تاريخ دارند

ظاهرا McGill همینجوری بی نظمه. من واسه Electrical فرستاده بودم و اونا هی می گفتن Report نرسیده و ETS دوباره فرستاد که خدا رو شکر رسید اما پاسخ ای میل به سختی میدن. ولی چون اشتباه از خودشون بوده احتمالا مشکلی واست پیش نمیاد . در ضمن در Minerva می تونی Application status خودت رو چک کنی.

آره می دونم.
تو Minerva زده You are not eligible to apply for a major scholarship. به نظرت اگه زنگ بزنم ممکنه مشکلم حل شه؟

حتما زنگ بزن. با این چیزی که نوشته حتما تماس بگیر و بگو مشکل از طرف اونها بوده. امیدوارم حل بشه. خبرش رو اینجا بده بعدا

برای منم اینو نوشته..اصلا نگران نباش..چون که این فاند مخصوص کایی هست که admit شدن :)

نه . Deadline ما یعنی Electrical فوریه 1 بود و در profile من فعلا نوشته ready for review

منم مکانیک فرستادم، ددلاینش اول فوریه بود، مال منم نوشته: ready for review, not elligible for major scholarship.
