I am not sure if one can live with less than 1200 CHF ~1195UD$ per month in Switzerland specially in Zurich or Geneva or Basel

Uni Basel and ETH Zurich give good salaries for Life Science and Biomedical Engineering fields because there are a lot of giant Pharmaceuticals in Basel e.g. Hoffman La Roche and Novartis FMI.

You need to transfer the account balance to a Bank account in Germany (mostly in Frankfurt The money will be blocked and you can not take it out while you are still in Iran and applying to VISA
