با سلام خدمت دوستان عزیز
خواهش میکنم منو راهنمایی کنید خیلی وقتم محدوده. من نزدیک به 3 هفته میشه درگیر همین کد هستم TRN! نمیدونم از کجا باید پیداش کنم! نو مرحله ی online application اگرچه تا مرحله ی آخر همهی اطلاعات رو وارد میکنم ولی در نهایت بخاطر تایید و شناسایی نشدن همین Transaction Reference Number درخواستم متاسفانه سابمیت نمیشه!! این در حالی هست که خود سیستم بصورت اتوماتیک یه کد میده مثلا به این صورت:
EGOIM8D04U. ولی بازم این فرآیند پیش نمیره! واقعا نمیدونم چیکار کنم. لطفا لطفا اگه اطلاعی در این خصوص دارید دریغ نفرمایید ممنون میشم. ضمنا من یک درخواست هم که بصورت فرم هست پر کردم و فرستادم. و اینم اضافه کنم پیامی که سیستم تو مرحله ی 5 میده این هستش:
