البته اینم اضافه کنم باید از خوابگاهتون بپرسید چه تاریخی میشه کنسل کرد. مثلا خوابگاه من با اینکه oead هست گفتن نمی تونم کنسل کنم مگه اینکه کسی رو پیدا کنم که خوابگاه من و بخواد و یا خودم یه خوابگاه دیگه پیدا کنم و برم. اما قبلش باید کمیسیون شرکت که همون ماهی 18 یورو هست رو کامل پرداخت کنم. برای همین به خوابگاهتون ایمیل بزنید و بپرسید شرایطشو

At all time, the booking can only be cancelled at the end of the semester. (End of February, end of June). If you want to move out at the end of February, you have to inform us in writing before the end of December. If you want to move out at the end of June, you have to inform us before the end of April.
2. What are administration fees?
Administration fees are for the cost of administrative services.
3. How much do administration fees amount to?
The administration fees will be charged according to the residence contract. Each month EUR 18,00 are deducted from your deposit. We charge the administration fees separately if you extend your booking. In case you cancel the booking we charge them for the whole period of your original booking.
4. When will I be informed when I will be assigned to another accommodation?
As soon as we have found an alternative for you, you will receive an email with a moving offer. Kindly note that we charge a fee of EUR 40,- for moving to another accommodation. In case you want to accept the offer, please reply to our email within the period indicated.

You can choose yourself how long you want to stay. The minimum stay is 1 month (in Graz, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Klagenfurt 1 semester), you can stay for a maximum of 1 year (please find further information regarding a booking prolongation
here).
6. When do I get back the deposit?
Your deposit will remain with the OeAD-Housing Office until the end of your booking period. In some residences the deposit minus the administration fee will be remitted directly to the manager of your residence upon your arrival. In this case please contact the residence manager regarding the refund of your deposit. For further information please refer to the information sheet attached to the booking confirmation.
After you move out the deposit can be remitted to your account (also to an account in your home country) or collected at our office by means of an Austrian cheque. Please bear in mind that at the time of the refund all accommodation fees must have arrived on the account of the management of your residence and that your room must already have been checked! In some residences this cannot be guaranteed on the day on which you move out.
A bank transfer can take up to 3 weeks or, at the end of the term, up to 5 weeks.
Please note that the deposit is not automatically refunded to you. For a refund of the deposit please send your correct bank details to the branch office of the OeAD Housing Office at your place of study:

9. How can I cancel my contract?
Cancellation policies are listed in your contract or renewal contract.
10. How do I get my security deposit back?
The Security-Deposit Refund Form should be given to your dormitory administrator when you move out. You also need to proof the de-registration of your place of residence. Please do not forget: include your BIC/SWIFT and IBAN code, the address of the bank and your home address.
The dormitory administrator must confirm the condition of the room on the Security-Deposit Refund Form, therefore it is very important that you give the administrator your form before it is sent to us in the central office!
Incomplete forms will not be processed.

11. How can I apply?
In order to receive a dormitory room, two criteria must be fulfilled: proof of necessity and proof of successful university attendance (for recent graduates a copy of a secondary school diploma).
University attendance can be verified by report cards/certificates (for recent graduates, a copy of a secondary school diploma is sufficient).
Proof of necessity can be verified via a per-capita quota (net-family income, number of family members living in the same household).
After your registration, you will receive a non-binding statement of registration, which contains all the necessary steps that need to be taken for a final, binding reservation. Especially, the possibilities of a cancellation after a binding reservation, are explained.
After moving-in, the reservation fees, which consist of one monthly dormitory fee plus € 100,-, will be credited to your bill as the first dormitory fee, the administration fee (€ 60,- non-recurring), a lump-sum for general damages* (€ 20,-) and the lump-sum for the provision of the internet* (€ 20,-). Further monthly dormitory fees will be booked directly from your (AUSTRIAN!) bank account between the 1st and 15th of every month.
For new residents, a deposit in the amount of three monthly dormitory fees serves as a security for any damages made. In order to retrieve the deposit at the end of your stay, the Security-Deposit Refund Form must be filled out and the full amount will be returned within six weeks, provided all outstanding bills have been paid by the occupant.
*both lump-sums have to be paid once during the duration of a contract
