ممنون دوست عزیز. من راجب اینکه آیا این 17000 دلار چیزی جدای از شهریه هست ازشون پرسیدم و اینو جواب دادن:
Your total compensation would include the stipend and tuition waiver. If you did not receive a stipend from the university, then you would have to pay the out of state/non-resident rates for tuition.
The $17000 is the stipend for fall and spring semesters. The tuition waiver is in addition to your stipend, the department waives up to 10 credit hours of tuition during the fall and spring semesters (6 during the summer) any courses taken above the 10(6) credit hours is billed to the student at the resident/in-state rate. The campus privilege fees and other administrative fees normally end up being between $700-$900 a semester.
با این حساب به نظرم فول فاند شدم. ایا به نظرتون نکته ای مبهم تو این لیمیل هست؟

یعنی بیمه و هزینه خوابگاه تو اون 700 دلارست؟ که با بقیه هزینه های گفته شده جمع میشه و نهایتا میشه 1300 دلار و همه اینا از اون 17000 تا کم میشه درسته؟
الان شهریه من در هر دو صورت in state و out of state توسط دانشگاه پرداخت میشه دیگه درسته؟؟؟
مگر اینکه من بخوام واحدی مازاد بر اینا در طول ترم بردارم
