مقایسه ی دانشگاه های فنلاند

فکر کنم جای یه همچین تاپیکی خالی بود. اگه دوستانی که تجربه دارند یه مقایسه ای انجام بدند خیلی میتونه توی تصمیم گیری و انتخاب دانشگاه کمک کنه. مثلا دانشگاه های مختلفی رو که تجربه ای ازشون دارید مقایسه کنید و یا دانشگاه هایی که توی یه شهر قرار دارند رو مقایسه کنید و یا کلا نظرات خودتون رو بنویسید!

کدوم دانشگاه به نظر شما توی فنلاند تاپ ترین محسوب میشه؟
و یا مثلا بین Turku و Åbo کدوم رو ترجیح میدید و به چه دلایلی!
یا بین Helsinki و Aalto کدوم رو ترجیح میدید -- این یکی مخصوصا خیلی انتخاب سختیه. چون رنک University of Helsinki بین صد دانشگاه برتر دنیا هست ولی آلتو فکر کنم حدود 200-300 هست. اما خیلی از دوستان نوشته بودند که آلتو واسه رشته های مهندسی انتخاب فوق العاده بهتریه تا دانشگاه Helsinki.

یا مثلا بین Aalto و Turku کدوم انتخاب بهتریه. با توجه به اینکه رنک این دو تا خیلی بهم نزدیکه!
یا بین Oulu و Eastern Finland
و یا بین University of Tampere و Tampere University of Technology کدوم رو انتخاب میکنید و ...

​The first thing that you have to consider that these rankings are meaningless for Finnish people themselves. In Finland most of the universities are considered to be at the same level. But there are differences between departments and fields. Aalto is very good at engineering. But then it comes to the field that you want to study in. For example in Communications Engineering, Aalto and Oulu can be considered at the same level. But since Aalto is in Helsinki, most of the people prefer Aalto. You can not have a comparison between Oulu and Eastern Finland in general. In some fields Eastern Finland can be better, in some fields Oulu can be better.So I think you should not consider what is the ranking of the university, you should look how good is the department in your field, how many professors they have, and how much funding they can get. How strong their research is and how well known they are in their own field. This can help you better in selecting the university that you want to attend.

Then also comes the factor of the city, you should consider that Helsinki is the best city and capital, and more you go to north, city becomes smaller and less interesting.

بررسی و مقایسه بین دانشگاهها به خیلی عوامل بستگی داره . که می تونه مهمترینش رشته هر دانشجو باشه.
من پیشنهاد میکنم دوستانی که اطلاعات کافی دارن ، نقاط قوت هر دانشگاه رو به تفکیک رشته بگن.

that is right. but it was better to explain in a summary mode to the friends like me so that we can get useful information about the universities we want to apply there, please name the universities for Computer Eng. I want to apply in M.sc of Computer in Finland . So which ones are good for me ??? and what do they need for apply??
