Please note, we require you to provide details of the credit card from which your original premium was paid. This is because all refunds must be processed back to this card.
If this card is no longer available, please advise as such and provide details of a bank account in your name.
We are able to send the refund to either an Australian or an overseas bank account. On the refund form, please ensure you complete this section with the BSB, account number and name on account of an Australian Bank account.
Alternatively, if the refund needs to go to an overseas account, we require the following information:
- Account holder name
- Account holders address (include City/State/Prov/Zip Code)
- Account holders phone number
- Bank/fund name
- Swift/BIC code (8 or 11 characters)
- Account number
- IBAN or IFSC (where applicable)
- Routing number (where applicable)
- Bank address (full street address)
- Currency which your account is held in
Please note that there is a $20 fee for processing into an international bank account. This amount may vary based on your financial institution and foreign exchange rate.
Alternatively you are able to request to change your visa start date with the refund form and docuemntation supplied, you are able to move this date forward until you receive a definate start date from your Immigration Department.
