در مورد مادرم، در فرم بصورت روبرو اسپانسر کلی پدرم معرفی شد چون مادرم خانه دار هستند: ?WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT WORKING STATUS?، SUPPORTED BY SPOUSE/PARTNER/OTHER
IS SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOU PAYING FOR ALL OR APART OF YOUR TRIP? NO
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraphs V4.2-4.10 of Appendix .V: Immigration rules for visitors because:
· You have declared that you wish to visit the UK for 1 month to visit your daughter and son-in-law and they will help you with this visit by offering you accommodation while in the UK. From the documents submitted and interview conducted I am satisfied that you will be adequately accommodated in the UK, but whilst I take that in to account in assessing your proposed maintenance and accommodation in the UK that is only one aspect of the visitor rules and this sponsorship does not satisfy me of your own intention to leave the UK on competition of your visit.
· In order to assess your intention I must consider your circumstance based on the information you have provided with your application. All applicants are advised to provide full evidence of their circumstances. You state in your application form that you are supported by spouse. As evidence of your circumstance you submitted a property title deed, a lease agreement and a bank letter.
· As evidence of funds you have presented a summary statement from bank showing a balance of IRR 1,000,000,000. I note that this is of limited evidential value, it does not show your account history, or show you have obtained these funds. I am therefore not satisfied that these funds are genuinely available for your use or that your financial circumstance are as stated.
· You state in your application form that your spouse supports you financially however from the documents submitted I am not satisfied with your spouse whereabouts and his personal and financial circumstances.
In light of all of above I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you genuinely intend a short visit only to the UK and that you will leave the UK at the end of the visit. V.4.2 (a), (c)
