Post-doctoral Research Fellow/Senior Research Engineer (RF-DAC) in University College Dublin, Ireland
With increasing demands for enhanced data services, wireless communication transceiver design is facing significant challenges. The mixing RF-DAC combines digital to analog converter (DAC) and up-conversion mixer in a single building block. It extends the scope of digital signal processing (DSP) right up to the antenna which provides great flexibilities and high performance in multi-standard reconfigurable radios.
The IoE2 Lab is currently offering a Post-doctoral Research Fellow/Senior Research Engineer position on analog/mixed signal circuit design for RF-DAC project. Full details of the position and the application process are available through the UCD Human Resources website (https://www.ucd.ie/hr/jobvacancies/). The deadline is 21st March 2016.
Potential candidates should hold a PhD degree in electronic engineering or Master’s degree with over 4 years industrial experience in mixed-signal IC circuit design. Informal enquiries may be made to Dr. Anding Zhu (anding.zhu@ucd.ie)
