The Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) in Halle (Saale), Germany, invites applications for Ph.D. position on “Innovation management in bioclusters” within the project: “The Role and Functions of Bioclusters in the Transition to a Bioeconomy” (TRAFOBIT), funded by the German Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF).a

A PhD student is wanted for a Chalmers project on “Entrepreneurship in Higher Education”. The main focus of the PhD project is to study and evaluate Chalmers recently decided initiative to offer at least half of all its students entrepreneurial experiences within five years. The overall project is managed by colleagues at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship with a steering group including Chalmers vice-presidents for higher education (chair) and innovation. Of key research interest is how different educational formats affect different entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The Department of Technology Management and Economics conducts prominent research within areas such as logistics, innovation, entrepreneurship, industrial marketing and service development. The department consists of five divisions and four research centres. Our research is linked to several of Chalmers Areas of Advance. This PhD student position is at the Division of Innovation and R&D Management (IRDM) at the Department of Technology Management and Economics, Chalmers University of Technology. At the division, research primarily revolves around the management of innovation and product development in large and middle-sized established companies. This implies research on for instance innovation work, development of business models, organizing and leading innovation and processes, methods and tools for efficient product development. Empirically, we typically conduct research in close co-operation with specific companies ranging in size from small startups to large multinationals. قصد دارم برای پسادکتری (یا هر مقطع دیگری) به یکی از دانشگاه های آمریکا بروم. باتوجه به تجربه و شناخت شما کدام رشته بازار کار بهتری در خارج از کشور دارد؟ مدیریت؟ سیستم؟ یا تحقیق در عملیات؟ و کدام دانشگاه ها رو توصیه میکنید؟

قصد مهاجرت به خارج رو دارم. اساسا هیئت علمی شدن رو پیشنهاد میکنید یا کار کردن؟ برای هر کدوم چه مسیری رو برای تحققش پیشنهاد میکنید؟از جهت تحصیلی و کاری و ویزا و امثالهم.
