There are openings for postdoc (research professor) and graduate student with a strong background in signal processing and/or wireless communications at Seoul National University, South Korea. The ideal candidate will have a Masters/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Applied Mathematics, a combination of strong theoretical and practical interests, good teamwork and communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English. Our current research topics include, but not limited to, the following:
- Compressive sensing and its applications (multiple measurement vector problem, dictionary learning, compressive sensing for wireless communications/underwater acoustic systems)
- Matrix completion and phase retrieval- Big data signal processing and machine learning
- 5G wireless systems including machine type communications(MTC), internet of things (IoT), and massive MIMO systems.
