و چیز مهم تر هم که یادم رفت اینکه مطمئنا می شه از خود بنگاه ها یا دانشگاه خونه هی خیلی ارزون تری پیدا کرد تا از تو اینترنت. البته نظر خود منه وگرنه همینطوری اینترنتی اجاره می کردم که رفتم اونجا آواره نباشم !

درسته منم درباره lecco تحقیق کردم همین قیمت ها بود و اگه 2،3 نفر بشیم یک خونه بگیریم خیلی ارزون میشه.حتی اگه به نظر من اگه خونه مبله نگیریم و خودمون وسایله لازم رو تهیه کنیم شاید بهتر هم باشه. یه سوال که هم به اینجا ربط داره هم در تاپیکه DSU پرسیدم ولی کسی جواب نداد! شما نمیدونی برای گرفتن پول از DSU برای اجاره خونه باید چیکار کرد؟ من شنیدم برای ما که خوابگاه تو Lecco نیست پولش رو میدن.

تا اونجایی که من می دونم به کسایی که بورس رو می دن مبلغ خونه یا خوابگاه رو هم در نظر می گیرن. مثلا 4700 یورو می دن اگه بخوای خوابگاه بگیری مثلا 2000 یورو ازش کم می کنن. یعنی همون 4700 تا شامل پول خونه هم میشه. البته اینو از کسایی که الان ایتالیا هستن پرسیدم اینطوری گفتن. ولی منطقی به نظر میاد. در قسمت dsu ندیدم وگرنه حتما جواب میدادم شرمنده.

our colleagues from the Mobility Unit-Incoming have forwarded your email to us since our office is in charge of the accommodation.
Regarding the accommodation issue, Politecnico di Torino does not have students’ halls of residence at the moment. Therefore we have drawn up some agreements with private hosting facilities and associations with the aim of supporting students in the search of a lodging and a co-housing option.

I have to tell you in advance that every year we receive more applications than the places available at our affiliated halls of residence.
Therefore satisfying all the requests is not so easy but we always do our best.

We also collaborate with EDISU Piemonte (Ente per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario).
EDISU is a regional institution that offers benefits to students who study in Piemonte (our region).

All the international students (Laurea di I livello, Laurea Specialistica, Dottorato di Ricerca) who enrol regularly, outside exchange programmes, and who did not gain a scholarship, can apply to EDISU, through a specific call that is available every year, in order to request the accommodation at their halls of residence and for a scholarship (please find the necessary information below).

For your first period in Torino you should look for a temporary accommodation (until the first weeks of October).
Then, upon arrival, you should participate in the EDISU call (if you have the requirements).

Please find attached to the present e-mail a file with some hosting facilities useful for short-term stays. You should contact these hosting facilities yourself. Then, if you book a room, they will send you a confirmation letter (usually by fax or e-mail).
Please note that the confirmation letter sent by a hosting facility (after making the booking) represents the accommodation proof for getting the VISA.

In the accommodation proof that you have to submit, it does not matter if the departure date when you will leave the room is not indicated: it is enough to point out the starting date of your reservation.

Then, upon arrival, you should participate in the EDISU call (if you have the requirements).

ADDITIONAL USEFUL INFORMATION

On arrival, students who have obtained a Politecnico international scholarship will have to look for a private accommodation (our office will help them by providing them with a list of flats for rent).

Students who have not obtained a Politecnico scholarship will be able to apply for all the EDISU benefits (scholarship and dormitory).

EDISU is a regional institution that offers benefits to students who study in Piemonte (our region).

More details concerning the EDISU benefits and the necessary documents for applying for them are available in our website at the following link:

In any case also those students who have obtained the Politecnico international scholarship are suggested to bring the following documents in order to apply to EDISU for some benefits (the access to the students canteens with reduced fares):

-a certificate attesting the composition of the family unit

-a certificate attesting the financial income, the family property and real estate at 31 December of the previous year

These declarations must be translated into Italian and certified by the Italian Embassy or Consulate operating in the country of residence.

Besides the places provided by EDISU through the call, our office at the Department of International Affairs provides information on the possibility to rent a private flat or rooms in some hosting facilities affiliated with Politecnico. But this is possible only upon your arrival.
Rents vary according to the area and the condition of the flat.
The average prices for a single room can vary between 250,00/350,00 Euros per month per person and between about 200,00/280,00 Euros for a twin room. The expenses (heating, electricity, water, gas and cleaning) can be included in the rent, otherwise they will be added to the rent amount.

ممنون ولی در این متن هم فقط اشاره به اتاق دونفره شده اما در مورد مختلط بودن چیزی ننوشته

برای درخواست خوابگاه باید جنسیت رو انتخاب کنیم یعنی حتی اگه یه اتاق 2 نفره رو انتخاب کنیم فقط اون کسی درخواست مبده و فرم رو پر میکنه باید m یا f رو انتخاب کنه و در سایت نوشته انتخاب و مدیریت هم اتاقی با شما نیست ولی شانس داشتن یه هم اتاقی ایتالیایی رو پیدا می کنید. کسی می دونه منظورشون یعنی چی؟ آیا این یه قانونه که هر خارجی رو با یک ایتالیایی در اتاق های 2 نفره یا بیشتر تقسیم می کنند؟ (من از یکی از دوستانم شنیده بودم برای ترویج فرهنگ ایتالیایی معمولا از این shareهای اجباری استفاده می کنند؟)
