The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Tennessee Tech University, Cookeville, Tennessee, USA, is offering a full PhD scholarships.

The PhD candidates are to conduct research in the area of network security and privacy preservation. The candidates will by supervised by Dr Mohamed Mahmoud (http://iweb.tntech.edu/mmahmoud/).

Applicants are required to have GRE with minimum requirements V = 147, Q = 157, AW = 3.5, Toefel 550 or Ielts 5.5, and QPA = 3.5.

Strong applicant should have a strong foundation in security/privacy, cryptography and network, and programming. The scholarship meets the full tuition fees. It also provides stipend of $18,000 per year.
