I live in a small and quiet city with a few restaurants and a few friends. In my city, most people hardly find a job. I think for reforming our boring place, we need a factory. However, my father severely disagrees with building a factory. He believes new factory causes we won't have a safe city, clean weather and regular place. In spite of these disadvantages, I believe a new factory make a good opportunity to have a convenient life.
My city is a nice place. It has clean weather and blue sky. In spit of this, our city has depressed people. Most people do not have a job. They bear a hard condition. Some of them emigrated from our city. I think if a new factory is built near my city, people do not need to abandon their city. However, a new factory may grab our clean weather. Therefore, air pollution is the most important disadvantage of a new factory, but for finding a job, we must keep up with it.
My city is a quiet place with stable population. People know each other. Almost every day, we see and speak to each other. Also, every year, a few people travel to my city. This condition sometime is good but not always, because we need to meet other people with different culture. So, I think a new factory can attract others. However, my father believes that coming foreign people to our city causes we won't have a safe place. Sometime, we may face different culpability that we never saw that before. He thinks strangers never feel sorry for our place. May be my father's opinion be true, but I think a new factory give me the chance to learn different things such as different language and culture from different people.
Although being beautiful, my city is not convenient. In my city, we have only two restaurants. We do not have suitable park, cinema and theater. We scarcely feel comfortable from our spar time. I think if a company wants to build a factory, it has to provide a suitable condition for its staffs. Company has to build a new restaurant, cinema and park near its factory or in my city. So we can use them. However, my father thinks that a new factory and its convenient place cause we will get busy to entertainments without paying attention. We have dirty and irregular city with traffic and crowded. So, we won't arrive to our destination on time. He believes with building a factory we miss our quiet! However, I disagree with him. I want to enjoy my free times.
I think my father has the right for disagreeing to build a new factory. He does not want to face polluted, crowded, irregular and unsafe city. However, I think we youth have the right for wanting a factory. We need a job. We want to enjoy our free times. We require learning a lot from other people

دوم اینکه دلایلی که اووردین رو تکرار کردین و یه ذره بدون اینکه زیاد در موردش توضیح بدین پریدین سر یه دلیل دیگه و باز برگشتین به دلیل اول ...
بهتره که اول یه دلیل که به نظرتون موجه کاملآ باز کنین و تمام جنبه هاش رو بگین بعد برین سراغ دلیل بعدی ...

به طور کلی فکر می کنم اگه شما این متن و متن های دیگه رو از دید یه سوم شخص که داره از بالا نگاه می کنه بنویسین بیشتر جای مانور دارین ... تا اینکه خودتون رو بذارین جای یگی از مردم شهر یا کارگرای کارخونه ... این باعث می شه که شما مجبور نباشین زیاد we رو استفاده کنین ...

خیلی بهتر هم هست که حتمآ از عبارت ها و کلماتی که توی رایتینگ برای باز کردن موضوع جدید و بستنش و نتیجه گیری و سوئیچ کردن بین وضعیت های مختلف می شه استفاده کنین ..

کلی بهتره که جوری بنویسین که انگار توی یه روزنامه می خواد چاپ بشه نه بصورت یه انشاء ساده در مورد یه موضوع عادی ...

من فکر میکنم شما با قواعد گرامری خیلی آشنا نیستید به همین دلیل از جملات بسیار کوتاه استفاده میکنید که اصلا خوب نیست. در کل یک متن باید شامل جملات کوتاه و بلند باشد. جملات بلند در صورت درست بودن تسلط شمار ا بر زبان نشان میدهد. در کوتاه مدت پیشنها میکنم نمونه متنهایی را که قبلا نمره کامل گرفته اند نگاه کنید. خوبه اما اگر وقت زیادتر دارید بهتر است روی گرامر هم کار بفرمایید.

As a result, we need a factory to make new vacancies. Despite its possible rewarding chances, my father severely disagrees with having such a factory in our community. He believes that this would endanger our safe city, clean weather and regular (?) place. In spite of these disadvantages, I believe a new factory would be a good opportunity for leading a convenient life.
The place where I live has clean weather and a blue sky. However, the living condition is not satisfactory. Most people do not have a job suffering from financial issues. Thus, many have emigrated from our city. In my idea, building a new factory here will stop people from leaving their hometown to some extent. On the other hand, a new factory may pollute our clean weather. Now here is the dilemma, either we should get used to this coming pollution or prioritize providing people with sufficient job opportunities.

A new factory may also bring many from cities around to my place though people, including my father, believe that these foreign people might be threat to our safe community. May be my father's opinion might be true but I think a new factory gives me the chance to learn different things such as different languages and cultures from different people.
Although beautiful, this city is not a convenient place. We have only two restaurants, no suitable park, cinema or theater which keep us away from making use of our free time. If a company wants to build a factory, it has to provide a suitable condition for its staff in addition to making new restaurants, cinemas and parks near the factory for the large number of its employed people. You are planning to study abroad what do you think you will like and dislike about this experience?
I am planning to keep on my PhD at one of foreign universities. Besides its advantages many problems may be faced in my way in the future. I decide to keep on my study for several reasons such as broadening my knowledge in special major as a scientist and attaining the professional expertise in this regards at which I can catch my desired career in the future. Plus that I prefer keeping on my study at one of the top ranked universities in the word. My desired willing may take place in that foreign university but, follows with some problems. Nevertheless, I eager to do those professional activities though accomplishing them brings with some difficulties.

Study in the abroad has many advantages that I like them. One of the most important of these advantages is achieving to search my interested research areas which I have investigated during recent years. Also keeping on my major which I already had done on my bachelor and master courses on the top ranked university will yield great results in my scientific life. Another important factor is visiting the well known professors at which academic area that I already have planed to catch. It gives me the chance of improving my scientific gesture – the authority of powerful perceiving of scientific data I mean-- On the other hand passing the PhD courses at one of the good universities brings me great merit such as both satisfying my interesting reserches and progressing my knowledge. Another major fact that I like to keep on my study at the abroad is facing different cultures in the foreign country. Visiting different people and places will expand my known informative data about them and I will learn many positive points in this regards.

Studying in the abroad has many disadvantages too that I dislike them such as being far from my family or my best friends. Indeed, missing them may cause feeling anxiety or depression for me. For example I always would like to go to shopping or make my favorite delicious foods now with my family or my friends. In the future the obligation of doing my assignments at which I spend most parts of my time for studying may forced me to eat the strange new foods or spend more of my time in the campus instead going to shopping or making my favorite food. I know that at the beginning this factors will be overwhelming for me and I dislike them but, by passing the initiation moments I might adapt myself.

All in all, in spite of many difficulties of being in the foreign country for keeping on my PhD, I prefer to do that because I will catch more benefits and complete my knowledge. I believe that doing great jobs needs to bear intolerable situations. I think that I have enough motives to do my study so; I can manage the difficulties in this way.

Have you ever noticed that each person often talks very smoothly with his own language which learnt in his country during his childhood? I think learning a foreign language always is easier in that foreign country on one’s own than learning it on the outside. Learning the foreign language just by a teacher or book is a rigid way at which it is difficult to be smooth in using the language in this system. Besides, being in the foreign atmosphere causes people to use whatever they learn during their attempting to do some experiences in this regards.

First, a teacher who teaches the foreign language in the non-spoken area may transfer some of his information in the wrong way to the student because there are just teaching and learning relationships between them. No one of them exercises the learning pieces of new information in a foreign atmosphere to check up that is the information he teaches or learns be correct or not? Also learning a foreign language just by books or other learning systems is bit boring and though the student learns it, he does not enjoy learning because of its obligation.

Moreover, learning a foreign language in the atmosphere in which it is spoken has many advantages such as this fact that the learner must use and share whatever he learns with others. I have a sister who fulfilled his post doc on literature major on UK. She always advices me to learn a foreign language in the right atmosphere since, she believes that she was converted to learn the English literature perfectly just in the atmosphere (United Kingdom) and one of the most major reasons that she always says to me and I am quoting here is: “you will actually learn a foreign language in the area in which it is spoken, because you are forced to use it in the atmosphere and it is the major factor for learning it forever”. I agree with her because by exercising what I am learning my procedural memory will use the language spontaneously. This process takes place similar to speaking my mother tongue that I already learnt it before.

All in all, I think that both learning the language and being in the right atmosphere help one to progress. As often we see there are many people who hire many tutors for learning a foreign language but, still can’t speak as well. Inversely they are many people that are be in the foreign atmosphere but, still can’t use that language right because being in the atmosphere is not enough factor and they try to learn it by a tutor too.

Advantages in transportation and communication like airplane and telephone have changed the way that nations interact with each in global society. Choose another technological innovation that you think is important. Give specific reasons for your choice.

Have you ever noticed that new electronic facilities such as computers and internet are going to convert the world in to the global village? Many extraordinary activities are able to take place with these new facilities such as easier shopping validities and bank payment transaction activities, making relationship with our friends every where on the world, and informing the news and human activities every moment.


First, shopping online is one of the most important facilities which people do by internet these days. People can buy their favorites online by searching and ordering it on internet without having any masterfulness skill. Also they can pay during their shopping by online payment transactions. It takes place when they are at home, weekend and journey for example. Even when they are laying or going to sleep! People did these activities before by spending a lot of time and these days they can do them with no time wasting.

Second, all of us can recognize the new connection atmosphere in the internet contacting. I can make very withdrawing connections with the others on the net. Although it seems bit strange but, it is a fact that people spend most part of their time on the net to find appropriate person to speak or other purposes. I haven’t any believe to find a good reliable friend in the net since, actually I find my best friend on the real world- not on the virtual atmosphere like internet that can conceal many factors- but, I make connections with my own friends on the net when we are far from together for several hours and that activity make some enjoyments for us. Afterwards, the speedy internet connections are going to be replaced these days instead of using the ancient connection ways.

Third, the news is always refreshed on the net. People can inform news very fast in the variable area. Also they can chose informing the news selectively, record the pieces of the news for themselves and, listen to the previous parts.

All in all, in my opinion internet causes big revolution in the new world. People can accomplish very outstanding activities which are not available before. Internet is the extraordinary appeared discovery of the twentieth century.

Some people think that we learn our most important lessons in school, others think that the knowledge we acquire outside of school is the most important. Which view do you agree with? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Have you ever noticed that adults, teenagers, and even young people have maturated when they start their real life in the society? People begin to learn every reality when they enter to society after they finish their school. They perceive the tangible events which they learnt them in the school. It is approximately impossible that they get that precisely during their studying at schools; because the school learned data and the expertise which they catch there aren’t enough tools for managing their life. Also they can experience every school learning lessons and doctrine facts in the society in which they can realize the real expertise.

First, academic study duration in the schools or even universities isn’t enough time for learning every beneficial element for the real life. At the school every one just studies special books or papers in finite areas. Plus that the experiences confine to surrounded area such as some scientific experiences in the chemistry or physics labs for example. Although these knowledge have benefits for people, but aren’t enough for managing the life. So people must expand their knowledge rationally for the real life in variable areas.

Second, people must exercise every data which they catch from the books in the real way. Data they catch them when go to be beneficial for them when they use them practically in the right ways. For example if the lawyer doesn’t practice every data which he learn at the school or university in the courtroom, how he can claim the crimes in the future. If he doesn’t practice the facts he learnt, the data going to disappear from his mind gradually. A person will be successful in the society if he can extend his view points in the variable fields which are blossomed at the schools from the learning.

All in all, I think the data which people learn them at the real life after finishing their school are more important to managing their life. Seeing person who he don’t succeed in his life recalls me that surely he don’t has any tend to practice the real facts at the society and he excepts that his little knowledge from schools help him. An the other hand the successful thinking power for making a wealthy life is raised from expanding the small pieces of school learnt information.

Although earning money is an important factor, every one must enjoy his job. Having an enjoyment job brings many benefits for people such as passing the succeeding levels in the work frequently, refreshing people’s mind for making better life, yielding high efficiency for the incorporations or another system at which people enjoy their job.

First, people who enjoy their job always are very eager to progress their doing in the work atmosphere. The happiness causes very extraordinary brightness in one’s brain who is enjoying his job. So these persons have motives to initiate new approaches due to their role in the job. As a result they always are encouraged by the boss and rewarded for better situations.

Second, enjoying job brings great merit for people. People who enjoy their job rarely feel tried. They often come back to the home with bright happy face and are ready to spend the reminded time with their family members kindly. So they catch both wealthy situations in the job and home.

There are times when lying is acceptable.

I always pay attention to this fact that every overwhelming event in the world stems from the lying and pretending fictions. I completely disagree with this fact that lying is acceptable. I believe that there is not any obligation to tell the truth to every one, so lying isn’t acceptable for me at all because of causing many objections such as damaging people’s good relationships, disappearing integrity in the systematic correlations in the society, causing fiction succession for those who are not appreciated new positions and so forth.

First, people always enjoy relating with those who are honest. I also always enjoy making relation with one who I can rely to him .I think that making honesty atmosphere between friends can progress friendship because with relying together friends can share many objects with each other and gain constancy benefits. In that time not only they can solve the problems, but also they earn many new advantages which are raised from this new friendship based on the truth. This advantage never make when one of them starts to lying.

Second, people always get ordered from their boss or managers in the job environment or society. They always suppose that every activity stems from true factors by the rightfulness of the managers. If people notice that one time one of the upper positions of the system try to lying, they will miss their integrity at whole. This causes many problems such as overwhelming moments at which every one tries to accuse another person to being not honest.

Moreover, lying makes fiction and unreal positions for those who tries to catch their ambitious trends without any truly trying. Some people always try to progress their living statuses with lying, passing the respectable rivals, gaining every thing with out any pain and other unacceptable activities. These activities whose bases are built on lying to catch succession will make both damaged relationship between members and spread objections such as denied customs in the society.


All in all, I believe that lying hasn’t any beneficiary for people. If one catches a position or beneficial situation by lying, it will be discovered by others and will bring bad reputation for those who try to lying. So I think earning benefits in the right way will be durable and bring so many extra credits for people.

People should some times do things that they do not enjoy doing,

Have you ever noticed that there are many great doings which often take place when people accomplish them with difficulties? Many inventions or revolutions are done when people don’t like to do that. People should some times do things that do not enjoy doing. Some times they should do that for other people or there are some benefits for themselves to do that.

First, people some times must do activities that they don’t like them. For example when some one promises to others to do some thing, he should do that soon because people count on his promise and expect for that. Even the person don’t enjoy doing that he should force himself to do that in which he can do other’s expectation and record a good reputation by his activity. Another example is about parents. Parents often don’t enjoy some doings around their supporting about children, but they have to do that because of their children. If they act with their desired factors and do just every thing which they enjoy, children may be vulnerable in the childhood in front of perilous factors.

Second, all people have some duties that they should do them; whatever, they enjoy it or not. Although I believe that if one enjoys doing some thing, he does that very perfectly and good, but there are some moments in the life that people have to do some thing that brings great merit in their life in spite of its disliking taste. For example when a patient should consume a drug, he doesn’t enjoy doing that, but he has to do that and because of this obligation he will regain his healthiness. Also people some times should do their duties about themselves. Some of these duties may not be enjoyable for them, but they have to do them for getting the resulted benefits. For example doing assignments is always necessary for student, whatever they would rather to enjoy it or not.

All in all, I believe that many brilliant activities always happen when doer enjoys doing it, but there are some pains to causing the complement of the result. You might hear this idiom phrase” no pain, no gain” too. I think some times blending the pain or difficulty with enjoyment of an activity leads a brilliant result at the end. So people always may not stand for do some thing just in the enjoyable altitude. Some times bearing some pain is necessary as well as enjoying some thing.

I live in the beauty small town and I think that building a factory will bring so many problems. For example noisy sounds and chemical article residues of the factory will pollute the environment. Also transportation which will be caused by incorporations of the factory will make some traffic. These are some examples of disadvantages of building a factory in my neighborhood.

First, one of the dominant bad effects of building a factory in my neighborhood is its caused chemical residue pollutants. Years a go I read in the newspaper that government had built a lead-zinc producing factory near a city. After a short time many of the creatures was going to die because of releasing the lead residue in the environment such as fishes in the rivers. Also statistic data showed that many of the city members had got the cancer. The vegetables and fruits were polluted because of penetration of the lead residue particles in the soil and it caused cancer among people. Also many of that city people complained about noisy sounds released from the factory during early mornings and nights. The factory must turn on the refinery machines for warming up in the early mornings and that caused the problem of noisy sound as well. If a factory will build in my neighborhood, such as those equisetic polluting factors may cause disappearing the calmness and cleanness in the future.

Second, another important objection that may result is traffic in which people might bother from time-killing transportation. Roads might keep by industrial automobiles all the day at which people can’t drive on their cars. So every one may rush into public transport facilities and as a result every employee might be late in the job, doctors may arrive late over a patient and she/he has passed out, police can’t manage the crime at which the sinner escapes and so forth.

All in all, I think that building a factory brings so many problems for my neighborhood than brings benefits. I prefer to live in a quiet peaceful place. Building factory damages the calm life style at which people live kindly with together. I believe that government must transport and gather factories to industrial city-like places. In this case government may plan special policies for managing the pollutant factors and also people will live with calmness in their hometowns.

I have decided to keep on my studies for several reasons: most importantly, broadening my knowledge in my special major will assist me as a scientist and gaining the professional expertise to follow my favorite career in future. Besides, I prefer studying at one of the top ranked universities in the world. (1)My desired willing may take place in that foreign university but, follows with some problems. Nevertheless, I am eager to handle those professional activities though accomplishing them may bring about some difficulties.

Studying abroad has many advantages which makes it interesting and rewarding enough for me to pursue. One is providing me with the chance of doing researches in my areas of interest which I have studied about in the past recent years. Also continuing the major that I have already studied in my bachelor and master courses at top ranked universities will yield great results in my scientific life. Another important factor is visiting the well known professors in those academic areas which are in common with my interests. It gives me the chance of improving my scientific gesture – i.e. the authority of perceiving scientific data -- On the other hand passing the PhD courses at one of the good universities will bring me great merits such as satisfying my research desire and extending my knowledge. Another major fact that I like to achieve by studying abroad is facing different cultures in foreign countries. Visiting different people and places will expand my known informative data about them and will help me learning many positive points in this regard.

Studying has some disadvantages as well, such as being far away from my family or my best friends. Indeed, missing them may cause anxiety or depression for me. For example I would like to go shopping or make my favorite delicious foods with my family or my friends at certain points. In future the obligation of doing my assignments at which I spend most of my time may force me to eat strange new foods or spend more time on campus instead of going shopping or making my favorite foods. I know that in the beginning these issues will be overwhelming for me but by overcoming the difficult moments I will be able to adapt myself with new situations.

All in all, despite the difficulties of being in foreign countries to get a higher education, still I prefer undergoing all to improve my knowledge. I believe that doing great jobs requires patience and hard work. Having sufficient motivation to proceed, I can manage the difficulties and seek solutions in case of hard situations.
