آره کاملا بستگی به دانشگاه و دپارتمان داره. میتونن ندن اجباری وجود نداره

when u have that letter, it means that its ok for Univ that u arrive later than what is expected and mentioned in ur I20 for any reason and actually they have revised their own word in that new letter

but for case of nilu
it seems that its not ok for them! .........a

if u arrive after registration u just should pay some penalties for late registration

It happened to one of my friends in Canada two years ago, but generally i beleive it depends on the University. You had better send them an email and ask about it

من به دليل دير آمدن clearance و آماده نبودن ويزا fund دانشگاه رو از دست دادم و براي Sept2009 مي تونم دوباره fund بگيرم. آيا مي تونم clearance و ويزا رو تمديد کنم؟

من به سفرت dubai يک email زدم، آنها گفتند I-20 جديد رو بفرست، در حال حاضر نمي دونم که آيا مي خواهند تمديد کنند يا نه. مي خواستم ببينم براي شخص ديگري مورد مشابهي پيش نيامده؟
