The School of Engineering at ECU is one of the fastest growing engineering schools in Australia. We own some of the best equipped hardware laboratories in the nation, with regular multi-million dollar investments into expanding and maintaining its world-class infrastructure. The School of Engineering is committed to undertaking high quality research and are looking for multiple full time PhD students who demonstrate excellent research capability. The successful scholarship recipients will receive a living allowance of AUD $28,000 per annum and have their tuition fees waived.

• You must not be a current ECU student to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility guidelines

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

• meet the PhD admission requirements at ECU;
• be able to demonstrate a strong background in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or Mathematics/Computer Science;
• be planning to enrol in 2018, as soon as possible; and
• not be currently enrolled in an ECU PhD program.

• Transcripts of your academic records and degrees.
