سلام
من ايميل زدم دانشگاه ، جوابشون اين بود:
As regards your wife and your child, you have to know that In Italy there are strict immigration rules concerning the family joining and there are different procedures (if they want to stay more than 3 months).
The official procedure is to ask for a family re-union (in Italian this procedure is named “ricongiungimento familiare”); it can only be carried out when one family member (that is you) is already in Italy and will remain for a long stay, at least with a residence permit of 1 year.
First the person who has to come to Italy for job or study has to arrive alone, with his/her own visa and obtain his/her own residence permit and then he/she can apply for the ricongiungimento familiare to the Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione (the institution in charge).
After some months the Sportello Unico will give him a “Nulla Osta per ricongiungimento familiare” (which means an authorization).
With this authorization the family can apply for the visa for “family reason” to the Italian Embassy/Consulate and, once in Italy , apply for the residence permit for family reason.
The whole procedure can last 5/6 months.
The fastest procedure is called “coesione familiare”.
It is not the procedure prescribed by the Italian law, like the ricongiungimento familiare, but we know that the coesione is a procedure carried out very frequently, since it is accepted by the Immigration Offices in Italy .
According to this procedure, the person who has to come to Italy for job or study has to arrive alone first, with his/her own visa.
Upon the arrival he/she has to apply for the own residence permit (and you have already done it)
Then, after 2 months more or less, the wife/husband/son should arrive in Italy for tourism and, within the duration of the visa, has to apply for the coesione familiare directly at the Immigration Office in charge.
Officially they will enter Italy as tourist for 3 months.
Actually, during the 3 months that he will spend in Italy as tourists, he has to start the procedure for the coesione familiare at the Immigration Office, in order to be inserted in your residence permit (since your child is less than 14 years old he cannot have his own residence permit)
Our office will support you in following the whole procedure.
In order to submit the application for the coesione familiare and ricongiungimento familiare, you must have the following documents:
1.certificate of birth of each son/daughter (who requires the “coesione”, attesting the relationship between the son/daughter and both parents), also translated and legalized (they will be valid only for 6 months after the date of issue)
2.certificate of marriage translated and legalized (it will be valid only for 6 months after the date of issue)
3.copy of the lease (tenancy agreement/rental contract); (therefore you must have an apartment)
4.a certificate attesting the availability of adequate housing (which conforms to the minimum parameter requirements foreseen by the regional law for public housing);
5.a certificate attesting the availability of an annual income, earned legally and worth no less than:
-for 1 family member applying for “coesione”, the income has to be of € 8.024,585 per year – (617,28 € per month) -for 2 family members applying for “coesione”, the income has to be of € 10.699,78 per year – (823,06 per month) The complete list of requirements is available at our office.
