یعنی می تونه به خاطر ایمیل های من به اعضای کبک باشه که یه خورده روند اومدن آپیدیت ها و مدیکال ها بهتر شده ؟اخه خیلی از مشکلات رو مطرح کرده بودم و خیلی هم انتقاد کردم که چرا نسبت به سایر کشورها اینقدر طولانی هستش

یک سوال : در خصوص 3 مورد آخر از مدارکی که در نامه اومده ( شناسنامه - سند ازدواج و پایان خدمت ) الزاما باید ترجمه رسمی این مدارک مجددا ارائه بشه یا فقط در صورتی که تغییرات داشته ؟

شما و خانم حسینی لطف دارید . من معتدقدم اگه بچه های 2 سال پیش فروم هنوز ایران بودند و به فروم سر می زدند خیلی بیشتر به این مسئله توجه می شد اون زمان همه با هم تلفنی در ارتباط بودند و اگه مشکلی پیش می یومد همه شبانه روزی دنبال سرچ های مختلف می رفتند تا این مشکل رو حل کنند . مثلا اون زمان تقریبا sep 2009 بود که همه با هم دنبال یه راهی بودیم که امتیاز انطباق پذیری رو بیشتر بگیریم که بعد از ساعت ها سرچ ها بالاخره موفق شدیم و اکثرا امتیازات بالایی گرفتیم .من اگه انطباق پذیری رو 6 گرفتم مدیون زحمات همه بچه ها هستم . اگه الان می بینیم که بعضی ها به دلیل نداشتن سابقه بیمه امتیاز سابقه کار رو صفر می گیرند شاید به خاطر خودمون باشه که کمتر وقت واسه پیدا کردن یه راه حل رو این مسئله گذاشتیم .
من تو این نامه اشاره کردم که we are a large groupe of iranian ولی فکر کنم که اگه تک تک هم بهشون زده بشه موثر تره . من تو پیغام خصوصی واستون می فرستمش فکر کنم یه خورده غلط گرامری داشته باشه اخه من این نامه رو تنهایی نوشتم و از دوستان کسی کمک نکرد لطفا قبل از ارسال چکش کنید

Dear Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Premier Jean Charest,

According to Canada-Quebec immigration program, we are a
large group of Iranians who applied for immigrate to Quebec in Damascus-Syria
and managed to received CSQ (Certificate of selection of Quebec) from Embassy
of Quebec .and in the next step we have opened a case in the Federal section
and we are waiting for medical treatment but unfortunately this part of the
process is very long for Iranians which creates many problems for us and also
cause more work for the embassy staffs.

These problems are:

Living conditions of people
is change constantly in this long period such as marriage, divorce, death,
birth and these cause to repeat checking the process again and the staffs have
to spend more time and more work .

·
With each passing year,
these people are older and workforce who planning to enter the Canadian labor
market getting older and has less chance of finding work than other countries workforce.

·
We don’t know exactly we
should sigh up the children for the new term in Iran or not? we have no answer
for them!!!

·
Prolongation process cause
to lose their initial motivation, enthusiasm of immigration.

·
Most of people who attempt
to immigrate from a country like Iran that has non-democratic government, will
find many problems such as job loss or social status that creates mental and
psychological problems.

·
We don’t know we should
look for a new job in Iran or not? If not we don’t know what should we do with
falling bank deposits with this high living expenses in Iran?

For example for myself after getting the work experience
letter from the company that I had worked on April 2010 for presenting to the
Quebec Embassy, when they discovered the purpose of getting the letter and presented
it to the Canadian Embassy is to immigrate, unfortunately the company cut all
the fringe benefits which are clearly evident in the before and after pay bills
attached with this letter.

Then they dismissed me from work and they banned me from
working at all active companies due to their high ranking in the government.

I and most of people sent some letters and documents to the
Canadian Embassy in Damascus-Syria and considered the poor condition in Iran’s
government and requested to expedite our process but they answered: please
don’t send request to expedite the process because it takes lots of times to
check Iranian’s security background.

It was an example of mine but the others also have same
situations.

We believe they didn’t pay attention to Iranian applicants
as enough as other countries such as Israel applicants with an 8 months period
for checking this step or Chinese with 7 months, Indians with 8 months,
Arabians countries with 10 months.

Do these countries’ immigrants compared to Iranians’ immigrants
have superior?

Do Iranian immigrants have criminal background more acute
than the others, which checking the Iranians background takes more than 18
months?!!

We hope the Quebec Government deal us and our problems as a
Quebec citizen after receiving CSQ , no matter we are outside Quebec or not.

We ask you to investigate this issue and we hope you can
help and results will be announced to this group.

خوشحالم که بالاخره بین ما ها یکی پیدا شد تا قدم بسیار بزرگی بر داره. امیدوارم که این مسئولیت پذیری در تمام مراحل زندگیتون نویدبخش پیروزیهای بزرگ باشه. پرهام جان، تقاضا دارم در صورت امکان اگه پاسخی به نامه شیوا و رسا تون داشتین یه اطلاع رسانی کنید. من باز هم تشکر می کنم.
