خب منصور جان اصلن بحث پست های قبلی این بود که آدرس ها رو پاک کردن. برای من هم الان آدرس ننوشته. مهم نیس.

تو صفحه ای که باز میشه فقط وضعیت پرونده رو نوشته in process و چیز دیگه ای ننوشته

هر چند که اگر دوستان یادشون باشه من از 2 هفته پیش عرض کرده بودم که میرسه مدیکال ها و همون منبع به من گفته که تمام مدیکال های 2009 ظرف یکماه آینده داده میشه (به جز موارد خیلی خاص)
امیدوارم ظرف چند روز آینده از همه دوستان خبرهای خوش بشنویم.

وکیلم به من گفت که سفارت طی یک نامه اعلام کرده تا آخر جولای تمام مدیکالهای فایل های 2009 صادر میشه.
به امید اومدن مدیکالها و بعدش پاس ریکوئست شدن

دوستان، من حدود یک ماه پیش یک ایمیل خطاب به وزیر مهاجرت کانادا (جیسون کنی) زدم و ضمن توضیح دادن شرایط پرونده مان و تاخیر قابل ملاحظه ای که در زمان پردازش پرونده های کبک در سوریه پیش آمده (از 12 ماه به بیش از 22 ماه)، از ایشان خواهش کردم این مساله را پیگیری کنند.

در جواب، دیروز ایمیل زیر را دریافت کردم که قبل از هر توضیحی برایتان نقل می کنم:

This is in reply to your correspondence dated June **, 2011, addressed to the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, concerning the status of your application for permanent residence (APR) under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program.

We appreciate your wish to become a permanent resident of Canada as soon as possible. Our records indicate that your FSW application was received at the Canadian Embassy in Damascus in October 2009. Visa officials are in receipt of the additional documentation and information you provided in response to their December 2010, request. Please be assured that you will be contacted by visa officers as soon as they have completed a review of your case to determine if additional information, documentation or a personal interview is required and once it is prudent to issue medical examination instructions.

It is interesting to note that, changes to immigration law in 2008 allow Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to set, through Ministerial Instructions (MI), the number and type of applications considered for processing each year, and the order in which these applications will be processed.

Under the first set of instructions (MI-1) CIC used this new authority under immigration law to control the type of applications received, but not the number. The number of applications received exceed the ability to process them in a timely way. CIC introduced caps on June 26, 2010 on the FSW program as part of the second MI. CIC has limited the intake of new FSW applications to better match the number CIC can actually process within the annual levels plan tabled in Parliament. The third set of MI, introduced in June 2011, further adjusted the intake of economic class APRs. FSW applications under the third MI are processed on a priority basis.

CIC has received enough FSW applications since February 27, 2008 to reach immigration levels for the next two years. Unfortunately, it will take longer to process those submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected. This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the program in 2011.

CIC’s goal is to make the immigration system more responsive to labour market needs. By giving priority to FSW applications received on or after July 1, 2011, CIC is responding to the most urgent labour market needs first. The length of time it takes to finalize an application under this program varies from one visa office to another since visa offices face different challenges. CIC continues to work towards global service standards and the use of departmental standard forms to minimize such regional variations as much as possible.

A request by an applicant to have expedited processing is understandable. However, in the interest of fairness and program integrity, our policy is to process applications in the order in which they are received. To move one file ahead in the queue would not be fair to the many applicants in similar situations who had applied earlier.

میثم جان، از آنجا که پرونده من را چک کرده و سپس این نامه را زده اند، فکر نمی کنم اشتباهی در کار باشد. من احتمال می دهم اصطلاح Federal Skilled Worker به کل کانادا اطلاق شود و کبک را نیز در بر گیرد. چون در حال حاضر پرونده ما دست دولت فدرال است و فایل نامبر فدرال داریم، احتمالا به عنوان FSW در نظر گرفته می شیم.

من هم امیدوارم تا آخر جولای این انتظار سخت به پایان برسه.
