The Cyber-Physical-Social Systems Design Lab （https://polytechnic.purdue.edu/facil...ems-design-lab) is in the Department of Computer and Information Technology at Purdue University. The director in this lab, Dr. Jin Wei-Kocsis, is looking for a Ph.D. student with good programming skills and solid mathematical background in doing research in Machine Learning, Networking, Intelligent Control, and Blockchain. The expected start time is Spring 2020.

The great university support and the emerging research direction will prepare the students well for their future career (either academic or industrial). The candidate is expected to have good programming skills such as Python, C++, Java and a very strong background in mathematics. Furthermore, GRE and TOEFL scores are required.
