دوستان به علت شات دان اینترنت ایران برخی دانشگاه ها ددلاین خودشون تمدید کردند و برخی اپ فی را ویو کردند. در اینجا لطفا این دانشگاه ها را معرفی کنید. متشکرم و موفق باشید

Application accommodations for applicants from Iran:

Applicants with Iran as their current address who may need additional time to complete their application materials should begin their application online as soon as possible, and contact our Application Coordinator at applygrad@cs.cmu.edu to request an extension. We will entirely waive the application fee only for these students, allowing them to apply by our later date (December 12, 2019); we will also allow them to submit their TOEFL and GRE scores late. They should try to get the scores to us by the end of 2019, if possible.
We'll continue to follow the internet situation in Iran, and may make further accommodations later if necessary and feasible.

For enquiries, you can contact us by voice phone between 9:00 and 17:00 (Monday to Friday, Toronto time) at +1 416 978 5180 for MScAC enquiries. Our email addresses is mscac@cs.toronto.edu
We will extend the deadline for applicants from Iran to 23:59 (Toronto time) Monday 9 December for applicants who specifically ask for it. To request an extension, you must contact us by voice phone or email as detailed above. Please include details of any partially complete application (full name, email address used, date of birth, and application number if one was assigned).
If you cannot pay the application fee on the website of the School of Graduate Studies in order to carry out Part 1 of the procedure, you will have to ask a friend or relative outside Iran to do this for you. Note: Once the fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded even if, through no fault of your own, you are unable to complete the application.
If you are unable to access our application website for Part 2 of the procedure but you do have access to email, then we can accept your information and your unofficial transcripts by email. We can send you a template to fill in the necessary information.
It will be necessary for your references to be able to send us their letters by email if they cannot access our website.

Application deadlines for international students are set by the department delivering the program. Deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins. (Please note that December deadlines set by departments will be extended for all Iranian applicants in response to internet outages in that country. We will provide more information soon, and will adjust other deadlines if it becomes necessary.)Applicants should contact the department well in advance because:

department deadlines are often tied to funding and award consideration, and
international applicants generally need plenty of time (up to six months in some cases) to make arrangements to enter Canada.
