cumulative undergarduate GPA corresponds to your undergrad GPA as calculated based on the all hours taken while Minor GPA may correspond to the GPA you have achieved in the very last two years of your degree or your GPA calculated based on the specialized courses you have taken. some schools take the last two years into consideration like The University of Alberta or some others in the US. so if your cumulative GPA is low i strongly recommend you to apply for these schools rather than others, because i even got financial support and supervisor from The UNiversity of Windsor and got rejected by the Graduate School for the cumulative GPA. very frustrating...so, be careful...
