سلام ممنون از اطلاعات مفیدتون ، امیدوارم همه به این مرحله برسن . الان هرکی ایمیل میزنه جواب نمیدن فکرمیکنم ایمیل کی زدن به ایمیل generic هست و به همه میزنن چیزه خاصی نیست.

After the biometric information is provided, when the passport request letter (passport request letter) arrives, you need to deposit a total of 172.50 TL fee per passport to the VFS Global Garanti Bank account before sending your passports to our office. 57,50 TL of this fee is the "passport transmission service fee" for sending your passport to the Embassy, and 115 TL is the "one-way courier service fee" for returning your passport by courier when the transaction is completed. These fees are calculated according to the Canadian dollar rate and can change with the exchange rate. We do not have courier service out of Turkey.

- Transmission payment receipt

- Your passport
- Letter print out

*If you have given your fingerprint in our office that office is where you will send the documents. We kindly ask you to add your label or receipt or a photocopy of these to your documents that proves this after the fingerprint process . If you are going to add this document, you do not need to pay transmission fee 57.5 TL.

خودمون همه اینا رو می تونیم با پست بفرستیم؟ نیاز نیس که بدیم دفتر هواپیماییا برا پیکاپ پس؟ و اگر اون برچسب که موقع بایو دادن رو هم بفرستیم اون 57.7 لیر رو نمی خوان؟

خیلی ممنون Arisa1981 ، خیلی مفید بود / من فکر نمیکنم بشه از داخل ایران پست کرد . به خاطر 2 تا مورد : یکی اینکه باید به شماره حساب بانک پول ریخت نمیدونم حالا میشه یا نه و مورد دوم اینکه پست ایران چقدر طول میکشه برسه ؟ اینا از 25 دسامبر تعطیلن . فکر میکنم این قضیه پرداخت و پست باید از داخل انکارا یا استانبول باشه . بعید میدونم سفارت از ترکیه پست کنه بیاد ایران .

سلام، درسته شما میتونید پرداخت و ارسال رو از ایران انجام بدید اما مشکل زمان دریافت پاسپورت هستش، چون به یک آدرس داخل ترکیه ارسال می کنن ، برای همین بهترین راه استفاده از خدمات آژانس ها هستش.

سلام، به VFS ایمیل زدم و نگرانیم رو براشون توضیح دادم که من بعد از ارسال پاسپورت هیچ فیدبکی‌ ازشون نگرفتم و اصلا نمی دونم پاسپورتم تو چه مرحله ای هست ؟
در جواب یک لینک و tracking ID فرستادن که میشه توش وضعیت درخواست ویزا رو دید ، برای من دوشنبه گذشته پاسپورت رو استانبول دریافت کرده ( از روی گزارش شرکت پست ) و تو این لینک قید کرده که جمعه انکارا دریافت کرده و میخواد بفرسته سفارت که احتمالا امروز یا فردا انجام میدن .
