مشخصه که ایرادی نداره. ایشون گفتن که پوزیشنی ندارن و جواب قطعی دادن و شما هم با ایشون قول و قراری نذاشتید که به میل زدن به استاد دیگه خلاف اخلاق اکادمیک باشه.

منم یه همچین چیزی رو گرفتم از استاده ولی کلا معلوم نیست چی میشه ! بازم بهش ایمیل بزن بگو تکلیفت چی هستش ! این دانشگاه Admission Comity تعیین کننده وضعیت بورس شما خواهد بود !

این استاد در جوابم اینو گفته، که اصلا جواب خوبی نیست. با این حال دوستان فکر می کنند اپلای کنم یا خیر.

It's obviously a template. you need to compare the quality of your resume with the rank of the university, and make the appropriate decision. If you want I can estimate based on your CV content.

Fellowship decisions determine financial aid and
take place only after you have completed your application
for the PhD. (There are no fellowships for master's students, unfortunately.)
I don't directly affect these decisions, but would
be happy to discuss research possibilities should you
be accepted.
The fact that you have done real research is a strong plus.
Strong grades and GREs are also a big help.
The committee looks at the whole applicant.

همانطوری که بنده در پست های قبلی ام گفتم فاکتورهای اصلی اینها هستند GRE, GPA, Paper
بله امیدی هست. در مورد position سوال کنید و اینکه می تونید ایشون رو در جریان کاراتون قرار بدید یا نه

As I said in an earlier email, you are welcome to come to Siegen, but it is not clear whether I will have any funds for you. Therefore, I suggest that you apply for a grant in your country or with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Please let me know what you need from my side to this end
