این تمپلیته یعنی؟ اپلای کنم یا نه؟ حتی اولش اسم خودمو نگفته و فقط گفته سلام، خیلی تابلو تمپلیته، نه؟

این پاسخ حتی اگر template هم نباشه محتوی ویژگی خاصی نیست که صرفا باعث تهییج شما برای apply بشه...
در این جواب نیازش به recruitment رو اعلام کرده ولی نظر خاصی در مورد علاقه اش به رزومه شما اعلان نکرده...

Thank you for your interest. You should apply to our program and I will look out for your application. It sounds like you are very qualified. However, the GRE scores may be an issue - they're clearly not a reflection of your skills in Farsi, you will be expected to be able to write and communicate well in English at an American University. So, that may be a bit of an issue but being an international student, I think we can give less weight to the GRE than usual. Will look out for your application.

You have to evaluate your pachage yourself and see whether your condition is competitve enough for this university or not.
Regarding this email, don't be so hopeful but continue your comunication with him until recieving a clear response from him
For example you can ask further questions regarding your chance to be admitted with a full graduate assistantship

I think it worth to apply although there is no guarantee for admission.
He/she probably will evaluate your application with some others that he/she encouraged to apply, and if your resume is competitive you will be admitted.
To increase your chance, you can keep in touch with the professor and start talking about technical issues that not only shows your interests, but also shows your capabilities

من میخوام از ایشون مطمئن شم که آیا ایشون برای اپلای من جدی هستن و آیا فاند دارن؟؟ نمیخوام صرفا اپلایم بیهوده و صرف هزینه باشه چطوری بپرسم؟؟ ممنون
