سلام بچه ها من به تازگی از دانشگاه مانیتوبا پذیرش گرفتم. ازم خواستم مدارکمو توی یه پاکت مهر و موم شده براشوم بفرستم. اما نمی دونم دقیقا دانشگاه باید این مدارکو بفرسته یا خودم یا وزارت علوم. از چنر نفر پرسیدم هر کسی یه چیزی میگه. این متنی هست که دانشگاه برام فرستاده. میشه لطفا شما منو راهنمایی کنین. خیلی ممنونم.

Must present to the Faculty of Graduate Studies an official final transcript and a final degree certificate from Arak University. These documents must be certified by the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and must be in the original language accompanied by official and literal English translations. These documents must arrive in our office in an envelope that is sealed and stamped across the back flap by the same office stamping the documents.
