Salam
(sorry I don't have Farsi keyboard characters at the moment)
I applied for US Visa in South Korea for attending a conference. They didn't reject me but asked me to add more documents
They said that it is out of our hands and we have to submit al of your documents to Washinton and they will decide about it
My interview was in June 19 and after 2 times contact for more documents almost after 4 days
I contacted them 3 days to conference ,July 10, they said still no news from the Washington and they asked me if i want to cancel the process but I asked them to wait more
Untill now almost everyday morning they call me and say that they are sorry no news Tommorow the conference will finish. i think it is better to cancel the process and getting my passport back, in my opinion the probability of rejection from now will increase due to finishing conference.
I wonder if you would please let me know your idea about it
one more thing, if we wana to apply for student VISA (for studying PhD in US) is the process the same?
Thanks and Best wishes
