کلا به نظر من واسه ایرانی ها فرقی نداره بیشتر هندی ها شامل میشه
the Proclamation appears to bar the entry of people who are today outside the US and who are seeking, but who do not yet possess, the following visa types: H-1B, H-2B, H-4, J-1, J-2, L-1 and L-2.
In other words, if a person already has one of those visas, it appears that the person will be able to enter the US on that visa.
Also if someone was physically present in the US today, June 22, the proclamation does NOT affect any future visa issuance.
Finally, the Proclamation does not affect new entries/visas of J students, researchers, professors, short term scholars, physicians and specialists. It does, however, bar trainees, interns, camp counselors, au pairs, K-12 teachers, and summer work travel entrants
