متاسفانه اسم این دانشگاه تو لیست وزارت علوم نیست...

با سلام
من اول در مورد اعتبار مدرک این دانشگاه اشتباه می کردم، ولیکن بعدا متوجه شدم که فایل پی دی افی که در سایت وزارت علوم گذاشته شده، مربوط به سال 83 هست، و قدیمی یه و اطلاعات جدیدتر که تاریخ به روز رسانیش مرداد سال 90 هست در لینک زیر وجود داره که طبق این لینک، این دانشگاه از اعتبار مدرک برخوردار هست:

TU Ilmenau does not paticipate in ASSIST but since 2011-02-01 TU Ilmenau charges the evaluation of foreign certificates with a fee of € 25,00. Please transfer this amount to the account of TU Ilmenau. Pay attention that your bank may cut the transfer in height of their own fees! As soon as the money will have been registered at the account of TU Ilmenau we will start the proceeding of your candidature.

آره ، مدارکو باید به آدرسی که دادن بفرستید، و پولو هم به همین صورت واریز کنین. البته رسید واریز هم جزو مدارک خواسته شده است.

Dear applicant,

TU Ilmenau charges the first control of your certificates and their evaluation with a fee of 25 EUR. For some people it seems to be impossible to transfer the money from their home countries to Germany on a legal way. Sometimes the fees of the bank transfer exeeds the price for the evaluation.

Please find a friend or another person who could make this transfer for you from a German bank. This solution appears as the best one and the cheapest for the applicants. Since the conditions differ strongly between the countries, please ask in the German embassy if they can advise you in this process. We are not able to guide generally.

TU Ilmenau accepts bank drafts.

Hi,
electrical engineering is a very well developed decipline in ilmenau. it has various departments on every layer of communication engineering, from physical up to app layer. you can judge the departments by their publications. its also true for other electrical engineering specialization from Power engineering , control , to robotics and informatics. all are supported by different departments. but honestly we have a small university, and not even all of engineering courses are offered here hence we never get a high score in ranking lists. by the way you can find very famous professors in the field of signal processing here

for the issue of comparison, alwayes go ieee explorer, and type the university name (ilmenau, ulm,...) in the "author affiliation " and run the search. publication number is one of the best ways to evaluate.
