همین تناقض برای من هم جالبه. کسی که از ایرانی های اون طرف خوشش نمیاد (I wish you had even read my post completely. I said I have been in touch with some GREAT Iranians as well) به اونها کمک می کنه که پذیرش بگیرن و همون ایرانی های داخل ممکن هست که با همین دوستمون هم دانشگاهی بشن. پس چرا برای خودشون دردسر درست می کنن؟! (IMO, people are capable of learning... I have spent literary hundreds of hours of my time to help my fellow country people come abroad, primarily because I love my country(!) and then, because I think Iranians need to learn and be trained.... see how other people live and interact. I don't blame you for going to a premature judgment of me and my attitude because you're still under a very strong influence of Iranian irrationality and self indulgence ... This is the attitude I said existed as a REALITY in the US... not that I like it or not... It's just there!)
حرف من اینه که بجای گسترش دادن این حرف های زشت که ایرانی باید از ایرانی فرار کنه ( و احتمالا فقط ما ایرانی ها اینجوری بهم ضربه می زنیم) بیایم خوب بودن رو از خودمون شروع کنیم و سعی کنیم اینقدر تلقین بد ایجاد نکنیم. (Our friend Sara had a (very reasonable) concern about what she should expect in the US and I just said what I thought... It's not ugly nor beautiful.. it's an opinion... I'm sure you'll develop a much higher tolerance if you live outside Iran) چه بسا دو تا ایرانیه خیلی خوب همزمان وارد یک دانشگاه در آمریکا بشن و با اینکه می تونستن خیلی به هم کمک کنن و دوستان خوبی باشن، بخاطر این نوع حرف ها و توصیه های بد، از هم دیگه بیزار بشن. مطمئنا این حرف های که دوستان می زنند هیچ کمکی نمی کنه و خیلی جو بدتری ایجاد می کنه. (I totally agree, as a matter of fact, one of my best friends here is someone who had left me a pm in ApplyAbroad and called me later in the US... But we all know how "SOME" Iranians are, don't we?!)
