Dear Friend,
I am in Finland for about 20 days up to now,
I can say 95 % of people under 50 -years-old knows English in high or intermediate level
Besides if you can afford tuition fee so, Go to US, UK Australia and any other English language nation,
We are here in Finland because there is no tuition fee in Master or Bachelor,
and Finally university provides Finnish courses as obligatory courses , So No problem here if you dont know Finnish here unless you want to work
Sorry I dont have a Persian letter on my keyboard
Thank you for very useful response
You mentioned that there are no tuition fees in "Master" or "Bachelor" either. But when I visited some Finnish universities' website, they had said there is 5000 to 8000 euro or so tuition for bachelor degree. So how do you study there for free? several years ago,Scandinavian countries declared they've removed the free education system for foreigners, specifically.
After all, how about everyday living costs? In a previous post, a user said there is 7000 euro cost annually. Do you think as a person who lives in Finland, someone must have a solid financial source in Iran to pay annual cost in Finland?
