یه سوال دیگه هم دارم اونم اینکه:
مقاله ای رو که در کنفرانسی ارائه کردم و در مجموعه مقالات کنفرانس چاپ شده و بصورت ان لاین هم ایندکس شده تکمیل کردم و می خوام واسه یه ژورنال بفرستم در چنین موردی در توضیحات ژورنال اومده که:

If you presented a paper to a conference and the paper was published by the respective conference organizers (in the proceedings book or in a partner journal), you need the agreement of the copyright owner in order for the same paper ideas and significant portions of text to be published elsewhere. You need a copyright permission grant from the original publisher:

شما دانشجوی ارشد اگه باشید میتونید از مرکز انفورماتیک دانشگاه ایمیل رسمی بگیرید. الان خیلی از ارشد ها ایمیل رسمی دارند.
