Procedure for removing a person from the country. If an alien possesses, or has possessed, a residence permit but a decision has been made to remove the person from the country, he or she will be deported (see also refusal of entry).

پس این گزینه برای کسایی صادقه که اجازه اقامت داشتن و اقامتشون به دلیلی لغو شده
تو glossary خيلي شفاف گفته اگه ويزا نگرفتيد refusal و اگه بعد از گرفتنش اخراج بشيد deportion هست. پس چطور وقتي پارسال residence permit نروژم لغو شده بگم refuse نشدم!!!
