اعتراض به نحوه اسکان دانشجویی فنلاند

با سلام،

با توجه به اشکالات بوجود آمده برای بسیاری از دانشجویان ایرانی در رابطه با اسکان دانشجویی و همچنین مورد تبعیض قرار گرفتن بسیار از دوستان در رابطه با پیدا کردن محل مناسب برای زندگی در شهر Tampere و عدم پاسخ گویی سازمان مربوط (TOAS)، این موضوع ایجاد شد که با کمک دوستانی که مایل به اعتراض به این سازمان هستند متنی آماده و به دانشگاه ها و همچنین سازمان SOA در رابطه با اعتراض دانشجویان ایرانی به نحوه اسکانشان ارسال شود.

لطفا دقت بفرمایید که هرگونه ارسال خلاف مقررات و همچنین بی ارتباط با این انجمن بدون اطلاع نویسنده حذف خواهد شد.


لطفا اگر کسی از کاربران مایل به آماده کردن متنی برای اعتراض هست در همین تاپیک اعلام کند و متن مربوط را برای ویرایش و نظر خواهی در ارسال بفرمایند.

با اجازه بزرگتر ها من یه متن نوشتم که یکی دو تا از بچه ها گفتن بد نیست:

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter on behalf of a number of students from Iran who got accepted in TUT for the autumn semester regarding the accommodation we were offered from TOAS.
Unfortunately in almost every case, only one place was offered to each person in paowlaa with a shared bedroom. This is very confusing because many filled out the forms and paid the deposit very early on in order to secure a good place with a bedroom for themselves and explicitly mentioned the fact that they wanted their own room.
This got more confusing when tutors contacted every student and when asked, they expressed their astonishment about the shared bedroom and even those who are living in paowlla said that they haven't encountered this.
I would like to express our immense dissatisfaction of TOAS, although they were contacted many times by different students in our group not one email has been answered during this time.
This has led many of students coming from to think that Iranian student have been given the lowest priority in their housing offers, it IS a weird coincidence that every single student in our group was given a shared bedroom in Paawola regardless of when they have filled the form and paid the deposit, which we understand is the oldest location and not in a very good conditions. Another confusing fact is that the amount of rent, which was mentioned to be somewhere between 140-170. Looking at the information page in toas.fi shows nothing in the same price range which again has led many to beleive that twice the number students are being crammed into the each apartment, hence the shared bedrooms.
Finally, I would like to point out that this has painted a VERY poor picture of Tampere in the eyes of many of us and some are even considering other universities at this point, the worst part being the zero response we got from TOAS.I just wanted to bring our problem to your attention and hopefully clear some things in the proccess.

اول باید خسته نباشید بهتون بگم.
ساختار کلی متن خیلی خوبه فقط به نظر من چند نکته هست که توش رعایت کنید دیگه خیلی خوب میشه.
دو سه روزی اجازه بدید که بقیه دوستان هم نظرشون را اعلام کنند و بعد از قطعی شدن هر دانشجو با ایمیل خودش این متن را ارسال کنه.

بنده هم انشالله تا فردا همین موقع ویرایش مورد نظر را انجام میدم و همین جا اعلام میکنم.

من با مفهوم کلی متن کاملا موافق هستم .و جز اون به نظر من متن خیلی عالی هست. پس از قطعی شدن متن و اعلام توافق همگانی و رعایت نکات لازم من علاقه مند به ایمیل زدن متن هستم.

اگه بخواهید بعد از اینکه متن رو از نظر محتوایی کامل کردید من می تونم از نظر انگلیسی ادیتش کنم.. نه اینکه فکر کنید مشکل عمده ای داشته باشه یک سری موارد جزیی هست ولی خوبه که متن بی نقص باشه... اینجا خیلی اهمیت میدند مخصوصا اگه بخواهید بعدا بهش ریفر کنید و برای دانشگاه هم رونوشت بفرستید... به هر حال من رشته ام و کارم یه زمانی همین بوده

در کل هر کس هر پیشنهادی داره در میون بذاره حتی اگر به نظرش مطلبی جور دیگه باید نوشته بشه یا نکته به یه صورت دیگه باید گفته بشه.

We are writing this letter to show our objection on the way which the TOAS Company has accommodated Iranian students in Tampere.



Unfortunately, it seems that the TOAS Company is separation students based on the nationality and offering only one place to students with the same nationality. As it’s Obvious for us, Iranian students have been given lowest priority in this approach. This is because of many Iranian students have filled out the forms and paid the deposit very early on in order to secure a good place with a bedroom for themselves and explicitly mentioned the fact that they would like to have their own room but they all just were offered one place in Paowlaa with a shared bedroom. This place is the oldest location in Tampere and is not in a good condition and also the rent is higher that better locations in Tampere.


This got much unexpected when we asked the tutors who are living in Paowlla about this issue and got the answer that they have not encountered such a case. We have asked this problem from the TOAS Company but have not received even one answer from this company until the date of writing this letter.

Finally, we would like to express our dissatisfaction from the way which the students are accommodating in Tampere by the TOAS Company and state that this has depicted very poor picture of welfare system for students in Tampere in our mind and it may causes us to reconsider other universities at this point. We just wanted to bring our problem to your attention and hopefully clear some things in the process.

راستش اجاره از همه جای تامپره کمتره، بین 120-14 که تقریبا نصف جاهای دیگه هستش.
بعد هم اینکه اون تیکه آخری که حذف کردید مهمترین قسمت بود، بزرگترین مشکل بچه ها ساختمان نیست بلکه اینه که رک بگم، اومدن ما ها رو چپوندن تو واحدهایی که ظرفیتشون نصف اون چیزیه که نفرات رو توش قرار دادن.
یکی دو تا اشکال گرامری هم داره که درستش میکنیم. البته اصلا فکر نکنم این قضیه به جایی برسه چون به زور تا الان 4،5 نفر شدیم و با این تعداد کم فایده نداره اعتراض. انگار بچه ها با این قضیه مشکلی ندارن...

عذر میخوام اون قسمت را بنده اشتباه برداشت کردم. ( and also the rent is higher that better locations in Tampere)
اشکالات هم بگذارید به پای مریضی شدید بنده !!
قسمت آخر را هم بنده بخاطر اینکه خیلی غیر رسمی بود حذف کردم. اگر صلاح میدونید دوباره اضافه کنید یا در یک قسمت اضافه بشه که مثلا هر 5 نفر تو یک اتاق هستند و این حریم شخصی و آسایش دانشجویان را مختل میکنه.

حق با شماست. تعداد کم هست. خود من هم فقط به خاطر همراهی با بقیه دانشجویان دارم این نامه را تکمیل و ارسال میکنم. اگر نه من در Paowlla نیستم.
به هر حال فکر نمیکنم تا وقتی تعداد حداقل به 20 نفر نرسه کاری انجام بشه. من سعی میکنم در قسمت مدیران صحبت کنم و اگر شد یک اطلاعیه در بالای سایت بزنم تا بقیه دوستان هم به این جمع اضافه بشند.
