If you do a search on these websites, you will see that salaries of 150K+ are not very common in the academic world. You can get projects from industrial partners, but if you are left with a large teaching load (usually the case for fresh hires), then you wont have a lot of time to do these external projects.
You can even see that there are full professors with salaries of 90K. Well, there are people with 200K+ but really rare
