مسائل مربوط به فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم کانادایی ها

در واقع بدون اجازه و موافقت رئیس تون نباید کار خارج از محدوده انجام بدین چون ممکنه مسائل بزرگتر رو ندیده باشید یا اینکه در کار تیمی تداخل ایجاد کنه وگرنه پیشنهاد نو آوری و خلاقیت معمولا با استقبال مواجه میشه.

به نوعی می‌شه گفت دنبال خودشیرینی نباشیم و همون‌کاری رو بکنیم که براش پول می‌گیریم!

دقيقا همين طوره. در واقع در محدوده كاري هر گونه ايده و خلاقيت ابتدا بايد به نظر و سپس تاييد رئيس براي اجرا برسد.

در مورد زیاد کار کردن و فداکاری همونطور که دوستمون فرمودن در همه جای دنیا خوشایند نیست من در ایران هم همین مشکل رو داشتم چون کارمند بودم و باید تا امروز در این سن با این همه تجربه شرکت خودم را میداشتم و آدم ورکوهالیکی هستم به اینکار در ایران میگوپیم کاسه از آش داغ تر بودن
و طبعا مافوق شما شک میکند که شاید شما میخواهید در آینده بلاپی سر او بیاورید و جایش را تصاحب کنید و یا با راه اندازی شرکتی مشابه قادر به رقابت با او خواهید بود بنابراین شما را سریعا تا هنوز کاملا استاد نشده اید اخراج میکند
در مورد خلاقیت و نوآوری هم شما مورد استقبال قرار نمیگیرید چون با این ابتکار برای پیشبرد اهداف شرکت درسته که موجب سودرسانی خواهید شد
اما عملا با اینکار شما برداشت میشود شما از مافوق خود باهوش تر هستید پس حتی با او در میان هم نگذارید
کلا اگر شخصی فعال و با ابتکار عمل هستید از ابتدای ورود بدون معطلی مدرک کالج اینجا در زمینه کاری خود در ترید را بگیرید و شرکت خود را راه بیندازید

ببینین 2 تا قضیه هست. یکی اینکه جوری رفتار کنین که به نظر بیاد دارین کل کل میکنین با رییس یا اینکه خودتون رو بالاتر میبینین یا تو کار اون دخالت میکنین که این معولا خوشایند نیست و اگه خیلی تکرار بشه ممکنه بد باشه برای مسیر کارتون یا این که اخراج بشین. حالت دوم این هست که تو حیطه کاری خودتون خیلی فعال هستین و زیاد کار می کنین یا برای حل مشکلی بیشتر از شرح وظایف خودتون زحمت می کشین که این خیلی خوبه و معمولا شرکت ها تو جلسه سالیانه یا فصلی، تقدیر میکنن و "سرویس اوارد" میدن به این کارمندا

اینکه کاری که شما انجام میدید - چه توی محیط کار و چه در روابط دوستانه و خانوادگی- کار خوب و پسندیده ایه و یا آزاردهنده با نکات بسیار ظریفی سنجیده میشه.... مثل همین نکاتی که دوستمون yasinhajizadeh فرمودند....
اما پیش میاد که آدم خودش متوجه اون نکات ظریف نمیشه و به همین خاطر این احساس بهش دست میده که دیگران در حقش اجحاف کردند مثلا حسودی میکنند... قدرش رو نمیدونن... باهاش لج شدن.... دور و برمون خیلی از این آدمها دیده میشن....
یکی از واجب ترین کارها و البته سخت ترین این کارها همین توجه به نکات ظریف در برخوردها و رفتارهامونه.... مثلا دیدیدن بعضیها یه جوری مودب هستن که بجای اینکه در کنارشون احساس خوبی داشته باشی احساس معذب بودن و ناراحتی داری؟ و دلت میخواد یه بلایی سرشون بیاری؟
حالا اینکه چطوری میشه این نکات ظریف رو رعایت کرد.. واقعا من نمیدونم ...

As you friends mentioned its very thin and distinct an example for friends who are not in Canada yet

when s.o enters the room and she doesn't say hello first in Iran we say hello because we suppose that she was distracted but when I did this she though she's more important person than me totally it's not popular in Canada to say hello to older people opposite of Europe they're very polite and classy

I have lots of cultural problem in Canada more than friends who haven't lived in Europe because I treat people the same European treated me and it's not polite here

You should not generalize your one or two experiences to the general Canadian population. Seriously. Especially since you haven't been here long but you are already passing judgments on Canadian culture, people, cities etc. .

I appologize I didn't mean that you got at all, I just wanted to help Iranian friends get familiar with some distinct cultural issuse in Canada from Europe and Iran to prevent some problems that happened to me that's true I've not been here so long but I worked almost 2 months with lots of people

Well while it may be true that immigrants bring a lot of their own cultural traits to Canada, it does not really reflect on the Canadian culture itself. The same way that the cultural habits of turkish immigrants in Germany or Arab refugees in France (good or bad) is not representative of the German or French culture.

My 2 cents on Canadian culture and politeness: English Canadians are in general very polite people to the extent that it may be perceived as a cold and reserved attitude, something they have inherited from their British cousins. But Canadians are less nationalistic or racist than the British. Canadians in general are more polite than Americans but less warm and friendly than Americans and hidden racism in Canada is more than the US. So in a way Canada lies halfway between England and America on most issues.. .

French Canadians in Quebec are entirely different. They are much closer to their European cousins but less refined (in my opinion). In a way they are like French villagers. Warm and friendly but hot tempers and very nationalistic about Quebec. .

That's extremely True at the same time consider that when we start working in canada we mostly get envolved with diverse peolpe not original Canadian so friends should be carefull don't respect them more than they respect eachother to get successfull in your first jobs with these people with weak culture
At first a 20 year old Iranian colleauge from Espahan suggested me the same I'm suggesting you but I didn't pay attetion and I respected diverse people the same as Canadian therefore I had to quit my job sooner than I wanted to I wanted to work 1 more month to get more experience
