من این کار رو 1 هفته پیش انجام دادم ولی نمیدونم واقعا تاثیری داره یا نه.

به من گفتن با این کار، 2-3 هقته ای کلیر میشی!!! اگه شدم بهتون خبر میدم.

والا بعيد مي دونم اين فرم كار خاصي انجام بده من خودم الان يك ماهه پرش كردم . ولي نه تنها كلير نشدم ، بلكه حتي اون ايميلي كه مي زنند كه كليرنس شما pending هست رو هم نزده
مثل اينكه كار خاصي نمي كنند جز اينكه به همون شماره واشنگتن زنگ مي زنند. قبلا كه واشنگتن اعلام مي كرده كه كي كارش تموم شده و پرونده رو به سفارت برگردونده يك ايميلي مي زده كه شما كارتون توي واشنگتن تموم شده .. ولي اخيرا كه واشنگتن فقط مي گه pending اين سايت هم همين رو مي گه !

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for contacting this office about your visa case.

The State Department has informed us that your visa application is still pending under administrative review. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process and no one can estimate when this process will be completed as each application is processed on a case-by-case basis. What applies to one case may not necessarily apply to the other. Hence, while one case may take a few weeks to clear, another though similar, may take several months to clear.

This process is done by several different government agencies including the FBI which does the security and background clearances not only for visa applicants but for all other applicants seeking all kinds of US immigration benefits including permanent residency and citizenship. Therefore, there is always a huge demand for this service and as a result there is always a backlog of cases to be processed. Also note that, you do not need to submit another questionnaire. I will contact you again whenever there is anything new to report on your case.

Many topics and their responses show that almost nobody has received any promising or correct answers from them after calling. Usually they say you are pending or in an administrative process. Sometimes they release when they have received somebody's documents. It is their routine. They could not be very informative in this concern
