Hello my friends;
I am now in the USA, Atlanta.A couple of hours a go, I arrived here and joined our rented home. That was a nice trip without experiencing any problems;and I am actually thankful to God a lot; My flights met no delays and a great weather both in Amsterdam and Atlanta made me also more relax of any blocks in my Transit at the airport. My flight duration to USA from Amsterdam took 9 hours by KLM. KLM did well but some turbulence in air made some people frightened to a real death, I am included. At the Atlanta airport, I had to finalize my trip by being checked by some officers. They were ultimately polite and had good behavior to all of Iranians. A couple of questions like where I was heading to and for what I had travelled to the states made me more easy to think my USA story and its entry problems were about to be over. I was less than 2 hours at the Atlanta airport and my interview by the officers took about 10 mins and if I had a pen with me, it would have been compacted to a 5 mins. People, upon my arrival, seemed nice in streets and he was a taxi driver who ,by his nice and warm words, inspired me not to feel I had made mistake by choosing USA as my target for study, at least at the first stage I mean. The weather in Atlanta is nice these days; Upon buying a computer, I will be more in contact with you to spot and explain some details in my travel.
They also didnt inspect my luggage at all and even never ask a question what I was carrying. But at Emam Kh. Air port, they asked me to uncover and disclose one of my carry on luggage; That action made some of my time waste. I was carrying a craft showing ARGE BAM before being destroyed, and they were wondering if I had permission to take it with me or not. That was nice , and i explained that would be a gift for my professor........................
