همسر من ایمیل این که ویزی شما آماده است رو دریافت کرده کسی میدونه یعنی ویزا دادن یا نه ؟
اونایکه ویزا نگرفتن چه میلی بهشون زده شده ؟
خواهش میکنم جواب بدین

من از زمان انگشت نگاري تا الان ٢٤ روز ميگذره كه هيچ ايميلي واسم نيومده ، حتي ايميلي كه اطلاع بدن مدارك به دستشون رسيده ، البته من مدارك رو نبايد ميفرستادم شفيلد توي سفارت اسكن مدارك رو گرفتن اصل مدارك رو نخواستن ، چون از اروپا درخواست دادم ، الان نگرانم چرا ايميلي براي همسرم نيومده

چه مدت هستش اقدام كرديد؟ از زماني كه اقدام كرديد و مدارك تحويل داديد چند تا ايميل دريافت كرديد،؟ بعد از چه مدت اين ايميل براي شما اومده ؟

برای ما فرق داشت ما رفتیم انگشت نگاری بعد همسرم مدارک فرستاد شفلد

بله منم اصل مدارك رو بردم اما گفتن فقط اسكن از مدارك ميخوان و چون درخواست من از اروپا بوده پرونده برلين بررسي ميشه . اما براي كساني كه از تهران يا تركيه درخواست ميدن مدارك توي شفيلد بررسي ميشه، انشاالله كه همگي موفق باشند،

دقیقا توی ایمیل چی نوشته؟ متن رو کپی کنید اینجا تا بشه بهتر راهنمایی کرد. اینجور که شما نوشتید مستقیم دارید میگید که ویزا رو دادن و نمیگید که نوشته تصمیم گرفته شده. این دو باهم فرق میکنه.

من امروز ایمیل تایید صدور ویزای ۲.۵ ساله دوم (تمدید ویزا از داخل انگلیس) رو گرفتم و باید بگم که ۳۵ روز طول کشید تا جواب دادن با اینکه ۶۱۰ پوند داده بودم که ۲۴ ساعته جواب بدن. فعلا فقط ایمیل دادن و گفتن که کارت رو با پست میفرستن خونه. ۳ سال قبل یادمه ۸ روزه ویزای ۳۰ ماهه اول رو دادن. پس جای تعجب نیست که درخواستهای جدید اینقدر طول میکشه.

خواستم گزارشی بدم خدمت دوستان شاید به درد کسی بخوره:
من پرونده‌ی یکی از آشنایان رو براش انجام دادم. با دقت و وسواس خیلی بالا.
3 فوریه رفت دوبی برای بایومتریک. 11 مارچ (36 روز بعد) چنین ایمیلی اومد:

Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.

If you have made a Settlement application (except for applications lodged in USA and Canada): you must ensure that your UK sponsor has sent all relevant supporting documentation to the UK Decision Making Centre in Sheffield. The documents should be arranged in this order: application form and relevant Appendix* (See below); English language evidence; relationship documents; maintenance documents; accommodation documents. If documents are not received a decision will be taken on the basis on the information that has been provided.

If you have already had your supporting documents scanned in at the Visa Application Centre, or if you have already sent them in to us, please ignore the request for documents.

Please note that UKVI aims to complete all Visit and Points Based System Visa applications within 15 working days and all Settlement Visa applications within 12 weeks of the application date. If it is not possible to complete your application within this timeframe a member of our team will contact you to explain why.

If you have paid for Priority Service, your application will be placed in front of the queue and assessed ahead of other non-priority visa applications others but may still take 12 weeks to conclude if we require further time to consider the application. As indicated in the terms of service, the amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa fees, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or if the decision is delayed.

که خب چون مطمئن بودم اپلیکیشن بسیار شسته رفته بوده نیاز نبود کاری کنم.
دیروز 15 اپریل (یعنی دقیقاً بعد از 70 روز بعد از انگشت‌نگاری) هم ایمیل اومد که خب با توجه به تجربه یعنی ویزا شدن زیر 12 هفته که home office می‌گه

من امروز ایمیل تایید صدور ویزای ۲.۵ ساله دوم (تمدید ویزا از داخل انگلیس) رو گرفتم و باید بگم که ۳۵ روز طول کشید تا جواب دادن با اینکه ۶۱۰ پوند داده بودم که ۲۴ ساعته جواب بدن. فعلا فقط ایمیل دادن و گفتن که کارت رو با پست میفرستن خونه. ۳ سال قبل یادمه ۸ روزه ویزای ۳۰ ماهه اول رو دادن. پس جای تعجب نیست که درخواستهای جدید اینقدر طول میکشه.

در مورد شما موردی بوده که سبب تاخیر شده که البته هیچ وقت متوجه نخواهید شد چی بوده!!! وگرنه اکثر پرونده های کامل زیر یک روز جواب رو گرفتند.

در مورد پرونده های خارج انگلیس دیگه مثل قدیم نیست و به ندرت کسی رو میبینید که زیر یک ماه جواب بگیره.

New address for documentation when applying for a UK settlement visa

If you are applying for a settlement visa, below options are available for submission of supporting documents:

If you applied on Access UK


1. For a fee you can, at any stage in the process, opt for the Document Scanning Assistance Service at the Visa Application Centre.

2. You can self-upload supporting documents without additional charge. If you wish to self-upload your supporting documents, you should refer to the document checklist you have received as part of your online application. If you do not want to submit any documents as part of your visa application, please upload your checklist or a blank document. If nothing is uploaded, you will automatically be charged the assisted scan fee.

3. Your sponsor or an agent can submit supporting documents in the UK in person for a fee of £75 per application payable in cash or with a debit card. If you applied on Visa4uK
