در مورد شما موردی بوده که سبب تاخیر شده که البته هیچ وقت متوجه نخواهید شد چی بوده!!! وگرنه اکثر پرونده های کامل زیر یک روز جواب رو گرفتند.

در مورد پرونده های خارج انگلیس دیگه مثل قدیم نیست و به ندرت کسی رو میبینید که زیر یک ماه جواب بگیره.

آقا هومن، دقیقا داشتم به این فکر میکردم که یه دلیلی بوده و احتمالا بهم نمیگن که چی بوده چون از نظر مدارک مطمئن بودم که مشکلی نداره. چند ساعت بعد از اینکه از ویزا سنتر اومدم بیرون ۱ ایمیل اومد که ما نمیتونیم در عرض ۲۴ ساعت جواب بدیم و در ایمیل گفت که

خیلی کنجکاو هستم که بدونم مشکل چی بوده ولی اینجور که گفتید هیچوقت نمیگن. متن این ایمیل رو سرچ کردم و به یه فروم انگلیسی شبیه فروم apply abroad رسیدم و فهمیدم که خیلی ها این ایمیل رو دریافت کردن. در کل خدا رو شکر که جواب مثبت بود هرچند که هنوز نامه و کارت به دستم نرسیده.

شما هیچوقت متوجه نمیشید و خیلی وقتها دلایلی داره که اصلا به مدارک ربطی پیدا نمیکنه. کلا این ایمیل برای کسانیکه مدارکشون و پرونده کامله به ندرت میاد و در صورتیکه بیاد هم کاریش خیلی نمیشه کرد فقط باید صبر کنید

New address for documentation when applying for a UK settlement visa

If you are applying for a settlement visa, below options are available for submission of supporting documents:

If you applied on Access UK


1. For a fee you can, at any stage in the process, opt for the Document Scanning Assistance Service at the Visa Application Centre.

2. You can self-upload supporting documents without additional charge. If you wish to self-upload your supporting documents, you should refer to the document checklist you have received as part of your online application. If you do not want to submit any documents as part of your visa application, please upload your checklist or a blank document. If nothing is uploaded, you will automatically be charged the assisted scan fee.

3. Your sponsor or an agent can submit supporting documents in the UK in person for a fee of £75 per application payable in cash or with a debit card. If you applied on Visa4uK

Your sponsor should also provide all supporting documents; these will be scanned and handed back at the time of their visit.

کاش ماهم زودتر این پیام رو دیده بودیم . فک کنم چند روز بعد از ارسال مدارک ما سیستم اینجوری شده باشه . تا قبل از اون داخل سایت نوشته بودن باید بفرستیم شفیلد . امیدوارم بچه های بعد از ما همه با موفقیت و بدون درد سر این مراحل رو بگذرونن .و خبرای خوبی بدن

آقا هومن، امروز کارت BRP به دستم رسید. برا ۲.۵ ساله دوم فکر میکردم تاریخ کارت همون ۳۰ ماه باشه ولی اینجور که تاریخ زده میشه یه چی مثل ۳۱ ماه و نیم.

خیر شماره عوض میشه تاریخش هم از زمان صدور کارت باید 2 و سال و نیم باشه. البته بعضی وقتها بیشتر شاید بدند. به هر حال 5 سال بعد از اولین ورود باید برای دائم اقامت کنید.

سلام آقا هومن من ١٩ مارچ از آتن درخواست دادم اصل تمام مدارك رو بردم كپي از تمام مدارك هم بردم ، اصلا اصل مدارك رو نخواستن، حتي عكسهامون رو هم كه چاپ كرده بوديم گفتن فقط كپيشو بگيريد بياريد ، اما تنها چيزي كه از من نگرفتن پسليفا بود ، كه بهشون هم نشون دادم گفتن لازم نيست ما چك كرديم ، و مطمئنم كه اسكنشون هم نداشتن و حتي نگاهشون هم نكردن ، الان ميخوام بفرستمشون كه بعد از ٢،٣ ماه با جواب رد سوپرايزم نكنن، و اينكه اصلا نخواستن كه اصل مدارك رو بفرستيم شفيلد ، همون اسكنها كافي بود،
