راهنمایی در مورد Official Transcripts

سلام دوستان
برای اپلای Ph.d از من ریز نمرات دبیرستان و گواهی پایان تحصیلش رو خواستن. الان این مدارک کجا هستن؟ تو دانشگاهی که ارشد می خونم وجود دارن یا دانشگاه کارشناسی؟ امکان ترجمه دارن ؟

احتمالا موقع ثبت نام کارشناسی ازتون گرفتن و بعد از فارق التحصیلی و "در صورت آزاد کردن مدرک"، اونها رو بهتون برگردونده اند...
اگر مهر آموزش و پرورش داشته باشند قابل ترجمه رسمی هستند...

یا طبق فرمایش دوستمون از دانشگاه اصل رو دریافت کنید و یا در صورت عدم دسترسی از طریق آموزش و پرورش تاییدیه تحصیلی دریافت کنید.

منظور ترجمه رسمی (تایید وزارت امورخارجه و دادگستری)، از ریز نمرات رسمی فارسی (تایید دانشگاه و وزارت علوم) هست...

سلام دوستان خواستم بپرسم که دانشگاهها چه لفظی باید استفاده کنن که ما بفهمیم مهر دادگستری رو هم حتما میخوان؟ الان این یعنی مهر دادگستری:
Signed by, and bear the seal of, authorized officials
بعد اگر از اصطلاحات دیگری هم استفاده میشه دوستان اینجا ذکر کنن ممنون میشم.

تا حالا کسی به این موضوع برخورد کرده که دانشگاهی مدارک پستی رو قبل ازdeadline بخواد. من ایمل دادم پرسیدم ولی نمیفهمم منظورشو از posted deadline.

According to the International graduate web site:

o Official transcripts are required from each post-secondary university or college attended. An official statement of the award of the degree or diploma is required for each degree completed. College work from one institution posted on the transcript of another institution will not be accepted.

o Applicants from an institution that does not issue a transcript in English must submit the native language transcript with an official English translation. Official translations are prepared by a recognized translation service and include all original seals and/or signatures.

o Consolidated transcripts or provisional mark-sheets are not considered official. Please ask the registrar to send individual mark-sheets that list grades earned in each term.

o Transcripts are considered official if they have an original signature of a school official or an original school seal. Accepted signatures include the Registrar, Principal, Controller of Examinations, or The Ministry of Education. Photocopies or other duplications of a transcript, such as notarized copies, faxed, or scanned documents are not considered official.


o Many universities can use the electronic format. Electronic transcripts can be processed much faster than paper transcripts. Texas A&M will accept transcripts sent electronically through AVOW, SPEEDE, eSCRIP-SAFE or National Clearing House.


o Include official transcript(s) from all post-secondary institutions attended with an original signature of a school official or an original school seal. If any transcripts are in a language other than English, an official translation from the school, a recognized translator or translation verified by a United States Embassy or Consulate must accompany the native language transcript. We will accept copies of official transcripts from other countries provided the copies are verified by the United States institution the applicant is currently attending from students enrolled in the United States. Faxed, emailed and/or notarized scanned copies will not be accepted. Evaluations are not accepted as transcripts. If the registrar will not release your transcripts to you in a sealed envelope, transcripts may be sent by the registrar directly to:





These documents may be uploaded, but they must be official. And they must be received by the posted deadline. Usually, at the graduate level, there are no deadlines. Check with your department about its posted deadline and get every required item into our offices (Admissions & your department’s office) by the deadline.

لفظ authorized یعنی مورد تایید سازمان هایی که تایید اونها مورد قبول نهادهای خارج از کشور هست...

این سازمان ها دادگستری و امور خارجه هستند... مگر اینکه رسما چیز دیگه ای قید بشه...

تا قبل از deadline باید پرونده مدارک شما بسته بشه و شرط اون هم رسیدن تمام مدارک اعم از پستی و غیرپستی به دست دانشگاه هست...

همیشه هم همینطور بوده و هست...

منظور از official Transcripts، لیست نمرات دانشگاهی هست یا شامل دبیرستان و .... هم میشه؟

معمولا توی سایت دانشگاه مورد نظر گفته میشه official transcript از چه مقاطع تحصیلی مورد نیازه.
اگه در مورد دبیرستان چیزی نگفتن نیازی نیست.
