گرفتن وقت اضطراری از سفارت

من هم میخوام این نامه رو امضا کنم اما شرایط من کمی متفاوته. من دانشجوی PhD داخل هستم و برای فرصت مطالعاتی از آلمان دعوتنامه دارم. من هم تقاضای وقت اضطراری داشتم و گفتم اگه دیر بشه برای دفاع دکتری به مشکل میخورم اما جوابشون منفی بود و وقت اضطراری ندادن. حالا می خواستم از دوستانی که این نامه رو تدارک میبینن بپرسم امکانش هست شرایط امثال من هم تو متن نامه گنجانده بشه؟ اگه هست من هم مشخصاتم رو بدم.

We are a group of Iranian students having admission for masters and PhD courses from different universities of Germany for the coming winter semester (starting in October). But unfortunately we have faced some problems and strongly need your help to sort them out.
There was always a possibility of emergency appointments for students over last years. As you know the online appointment application system is not always available and it is seen that all the appointments are fully booked till September. Our courses will start on early or middle of October and because the student visa application process takes 6-8 weeks, we all need emergency appointments as soon as possible to reach the winter semester on time.
After our request for the urgent appointment the embassy asked our contact information and asked us to patiently wait till you and your colleagues find a solution. You called some of our friends and gave them an emergency appointment for 29^th of August. Their condition is exactly the same as us but when we contacted embassy your colleagues told us that they have stopped making emergency appointments.

We are aware that this period of time is the busiest time for embassy and you are trying to manage this situation in the best way. We understand your concerns about the current situation and realize that this is not an ideal situation for you. Adding more appointments means adding more interviews for students which may make your work harder for a short time; but we are absolutely sure that the embassy can help us. We will appreciate it if you give us your full consideration, and we are eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.
