The professor said hello, and then I started talking and talking
)
I knew if I let her free, she might ask me many questions.. so I didn't let her lead the interview: I said ; dear professor first of all for bricking the ice at our conversation I will start to give you a brief background if you don't mind …..But finally it turned out that she is more intelligent when afterwards she bombarded me with many questions! The main items, which I got through her questions, were as following:
1. Did you have any experience working with women?
2. Have ever you worked with Christians or jewish?
3. What was your feeling toward them?
4. What was the procedure of your research?
5. Do you feel comfortable living in the US.?
[in this moment before going further she said that I had two Persian class mates during my study , one felt really flexible to our culture in the contrast to the other !! What do you think? she said the both of guys were terrific ! (Look how our actions and behaviors may change or influence the others' destiny!)]
6. Tell me about impressive experience of volunteer activities which you had?
7. According on you CV you have been working as a music composer, so tell me in which style do you work and like to compose? tell me about your remarkable activities in this regard?
8. Are you capable to be compatible to our western culture?
9. How will you be treating your women patients? Consider their own western values.
10. What would be your goals after graduation?
11. Why did you apply for our university?
12. Have you ever had any experience of working with patients of different cultures? Like Christians?
13. Do you think you could serve for people that you have not something in common with?
14. Do you have any questions? So I asked her about the research options on which I could work and then when I will be informed upon her decision?
I said thank you and we ended up in good bye.
I showed my self-confidence and so it was what she was impressed by( though I guess) so just convince the professors with your talks.
