در مورد حسابرسی هم فکر میکنم فقط کسانی که از راه کشاورزی میخوان اقدام کنن خیلی نیاز داشته باشن، بعد هم احتمالا کسانی که ادعا کنن آموزشگاه دارن مثلا.
هنری ها و ورزشکار ها توجه کنید : اعلام اینکه آموزشگاه یا باشگاه دارید یکم پیچیده میکنه کار شما رو، فکر کنم میرید توی مجموعه کارآفرین ها که اونقت باید منابع مالی قوی داشته باشید، من پیشنهاد میکنم با چند تا وکیل صحبت کنید و ببینید چی پیشنهاد میدن بهتون، نسبت به رزومه ای که دارید. لازم نیست که کار رو به اونها بسپرید ولی گاها حرفهای جالبی میزنن.
مثلا به من گفتن عکاس خبری هستی دیگه اعلام نکن که پروژه های دیگه عکاسی هم میتونم انجام بدم، چون بعدش هم ازت رزومه میخوان هم گردش مالی بابت اثبات و هم اینکه شاید بهت بگن برای اونجا اومدن باید توان اجاره آتلیه و دفتر و استخدام نیرو رو داشته باشی. که به ظاهر درست هم میگفتن.
کلا تجربه من از وکیل این بود که آفیسر از شما یک تخصص میخواد و حرفه ای، نه شصت تا تخصص حتی اگر حرفه ای باشید در همه.
یک مسئله دیگه رو هم بگم از تجربیات اینکه تا میتونید انگلیسی خودتون رو تقویت کنید، فکر نکنید این روش چون میتونید مدرک زبان نداشته باشید خیلی راحت هستش، فکر کنید شما ادعا میکنید مربی ورزش هستید و آفیسر تمام مدارک شما میتونه نادیده بگیره فقط به این دلیل که در شما توانایی برقراری ارتباط و پیدا کردن بازار کار رو ندیده.
نمیخوام نا امید بشید ولی حتما سرچ کنید و آمار قبولی در خوداشتغالی رو دربیارید، به شدت پایین هست، سه تا دسته با هم سنجیده میشن، خوداشتغالی، کارآفرینی و سرمایه گذاری خودتون رو بزارید جای دولت کانادا و ببینید کمترین اهمیت رو به کدوم میدید. دو تا رشته که اقتصاد رو رونق میدن یا یک نفری که فقط قراره بیاد جیب خودش رو پر کنه.
از چه بابت خیالم راحت باشه ؟! متوجه منظور شما نشدم.

• Updated general application form (IMM0008)
• Updated Schedule 6 or 6A form. If you are requesting assessment under a qualifying business, you must provide all the business performance figures on the form itself. Specify the exchange rate used.
• Updated Supplementary Information - Your Travels form (IMM5562)
For the principal applicant, spouse and each dependent child aged 18 or over:
• Updated Schedule A (IMM5669)
• Updated Additional Family Information form (IMM5406)
2. PHOTOGRAPHS:
For the principal applicant, spouse and each dependent child:
• 4 recent passport-sized photographs
2. POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES:
For the principal applicant, spouse and each dependent child aged 18 or over:
• Updated original police certificates from any country where you have lived for 6 months or more since reaching the age of 18 (since your last police certificates were submitted). 3. MILITARY SERVICE:
For any male applicants aged 18 or over:
• All pages of the Military Service book or Military Service Certificate. If you or your dependent was exempt, an official proof of military exemption must be provided from the relevant authorities.
4. CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS:
For the principal applicant, spouse and each dependent child, as applicable:
• civil status extracts [Ikhraj kaid or shenasnameh]
• family list or family book [Ikraj kaid aili]
• marriage certificate and/or divorce certificate and/or death certificate
• legal custody order
• adoption decrees
• death certificate
• biodata pages of any renewed / updated individual passports for yourself and each family member accompanying you to Canada
5. EDUCATION:
For the principal applicant and spouse:
• Education certificates (university degrees, college diplomas, trade and secondary school certificates) showing the highest level of education achieved;
• Official transcripts for all secondary and post-secondary programs

For each dependent child aged 22 or over:
• Education certificates (university degrees, college diplomas, trade and secondary school certificates)
• Transcripts, mark sheets for each and every year of schooling since turning 22 years of age. Registration and attestation letters are not acceptable
6. BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
For the principal applicant:
• Updated curriculum vitae (CV)
• Detailed description of your business experience (past and present)
• Detailed business plan for the establishment of your business in Canada including where you intend to establish; what, if any research you have done to support this plan.
Evidence of a minimum of two and maximum of five years of business experience during the period beginning 5 years preceding the date of your application:
• Proof of business ownership (proof of equity, shareholders’ certificates, shareholders register, articles of incorporation)
• Financial statements (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, income statements, and notes to the financial statements). These statements should be audited yearly by a third party. If you do not have balance sheets and income statements that are audited yearly by a third party, provide a detailed explanation of why your business does not have yearly audited reports.
• Income tax returns, tax assessments and proof of tax payment (e.g. copies of tax payment receipts and tax statements stamped by the tax office). Attestation letters from the tax office stating that there is no tax owing are not sufficient.
• Proof of business establishment (business license, registration or incorporation documents, municipal permits)
• Professional licenses and permits
• Contract with customs clearer (often this is a third party that has the license and under whose name the goods are cleared)
• Business or sales contracts, bills of lading (if applicable). If you do not have sales contracts, you can provide invoices.
• A list of goods and materials imported/exported and the countries of origin/destination
• Commercial bank statements
• Payroll lists and official employee insurance lists stamped by the Social Security Organization
• Organizational charts
• Photographs of your business
• Company brochures and promotional materials
• Reference letters regarding your management duties and responsibilities
• Any other official documents that could support your business experience
7. PROOF OF FUNDS:
For the principal applicant and spouse:
Documentary evidence of assets which appear on your Schedule 6 form:
• Bank statements for the past three months accompanied by an original letter from your bank manager(s) attesting to your business background. This should include proof of fixed deposits.
• Confirmation of current outstanding liabilities or debts.
• Property deeds and valuations, and tax assessments. These must be accompanied by official, independently verifiable valuations of assets.
Your Schedule 6 should NOT have different amounts than your documentary evidence. It should be very clear where the figures on your Schedule 6 came from.
