حالا به نظرتون الان ارزشش رو داره بری ؟ (از لحاظ مالی میگم) ، اینجوری که من متوجه شدم فرق این که الان بری و ترم پاییز بری اینه که الان باید ترمی حداقل 794 یورو پول بدی اما بهار بری ازت فقط 144 یورو می گیرن ، پس اون قضیه سالی 5000 یورو چیه ؟ لطفا یه نفر این قضیه رو روشن کنه ، من خیلی نگرانم

"All students enrolling in first year of Doctoral Programs (PhDs) who intend to request DSU benefits (i.e. scholarship; admission to university residences, etc), must be aware that:

• The 2009/2010 Call for Grant concerning the DSU benefits is now published on the following websites: www.polimi.it/borse or www.polimi.it/residenze

• the online application form is available on the website www.polimi.it/borse –-> compilazione domanda online, or www.polimi.it/residenze –-> compilazione domanda online until September 21 st 2009

• in order to be granted a scholarship or university accommodation, students must satisfy Economic Requirements and Merit Requirements.

• Merit Requirements are met with admission to the PhD programs according to the rules established by the respective faculties.

• Economic Requirements: students must be in possession of the University Equivalency Indicator of Patrimonial Status (ISPEU) and the University Equivalency Income Status (ISEEU). Students with an ISEEU exceeding € 19,153 or an ISPEU exceeding € 32,321 are excluded from the allocation of benefits even if they meet the academic requirement;

• To fill out ISEEU and ISPEU forms, Italian and foreign students must go to Authorized Centres for Fiscal Assistance (known and hereinafter referred to as CAAF).

• In Italy, there are CAAFs who have an agreement with Politecnico di Milano and CAAFs who do not. CAAFs which have an agreement will assure (a) free assistance and (b) telematic communication of the ISEEU/ISPEU values to the Student Aid Office. To view a list of CAAFs who have an agreement with the University, please visit the website http://www.polimi.it/studenti/entra-...olazione/caaf/

• In case students address to a CAAF that has no agreement with Politecnico, students will be charged of any expenses and will have to deliver themselves ISEEU/ISPEU to the Student Aid Office within the deadline.

• Foreign Students must go to CAAFs who have an agreement with Politecnico di Milano.

There are two ways of enrolling in the Doctoral Program: by obtaining a scholarship or by paying a tuition.

Scholarships are available for more than half of the Doctoral Programs. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of the candidate's ranking based on the qualifying examination results. The gross amount of the scholarship amounts to Euro 13'638,47 per year.

For students who do not hold a scholarship, the tuition and registration fees amount to Euro 1'500 per year.

It is important to note that the Doctoral Programs require compulsory attendance. Therefore, candidates with major outside commitments will find it extremely difficult to complete the Doctoral Program and obtain the Ph.D. degree.

Please, note that students (with or without a scholarship) may find further financial assistance in the form of research and teaching assistantship. Usually doctoral candidates participate in the research activities of the Departments and may help professors in teaching at graduate and undergraduate level in specific study areas. Students can obtain information on opportunities for further financial assistance by contacting the Coordinator of the Doctoral Programs before proceeding to register (this applies particularly to students with no scholarship or other financial assistance).

Doctoral Programs provide resources for the development of research activities (laboratory, study space, access to library, funds for attending conferences and for research trips, etc.).

As to accommodation, please, note that there is a limited availability of rooms specifically dedicated to foreign PhD students at the student dorms of Politecnico di Milano. Candidates who are interested in this opportunity must contact the Coordinator of their PhD program before January.

B2 English level certificate (only if not already submitted by 30/4/2009).
2 recent photos, passport size
Schedule for the release of the magnetic card recognition (badge);
Duly signed photocopy of the identity card, for Extra-EU citizens is required to attach photocopy of the passport
Fiscal code
Acceptance of the research topic proposed by the Coordinator of the PhD for which they are accepted
receipt of INPS registration (the document must be delivered to the Ufficio Stipendi of the Politecnico di Milano; INPS will release this document from 7th January 2010)
