I agree with the answer above, it's impossible to define, there are so many variations.
However here are some 'generic' ones:
Scouse (Liverpool)
Mancunian (Manchester)
Geordie (Newcastle)
Cockney (Parts of london)
Brummie (Birmingham)
Yorkshire (Yorkshire)
West country (The west country e.g Bristol, Devon..)
Scottish
Northern Irish
Welsh
You can kind of see the variations from that anyway. Like a person from Glasgow would sound very different from a person from Edinburgh but a lot of the time they will just be labelled with a Scottish accent instead of Glaswegian etc
Posh isn't really an accent, I'm guessin you mean accents like the Queen's? Think we just call that ' the queen's english'
