از دانشگاه های ادلایت و UWA در مورد شرایط معدل پرسیدم. بدون اینکه جواب بدن اینو ایمیل کردن:
The Commonwealth of Australia has recently enacted the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2010 (Cth), which contains provisions designed to restrict access to sensitive knowledge, and prevents all Australian universities from providing education on a broad range of subjects to those from relevant sanctioned countries, including Iran or Syria. A breach of the Act can result in very serious consequences.
As a result of the Commonwealth legislation, the University of Adelaide may consider potential applicants for graduate study who are citizens of Iran or Syria, but on the basis of very stringent criteria, which follow the Australian Commonwealth Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) standards. The DFAT standards mean that students planning to work in low-risk may be offered enrolment, those in medium-risk areas will be referred to DFAT, and those wanting to work in high-risk or unclear dual-purpose research cannot be considered.
Please be advised that the approval process takes some time as it involves a number of University and Government assessments, so if you apply online for admission (http://www.adelaide.edu.au/graduatec...pplicants.html) it may be up to three months before you will have a final response. We will of course do all we can to shorten this time but parts of the evaluation are beyond the control of the University. Please be aware that although individual staff may be able to help you with your research project they are not able to offer advice as to the likelihood of your acceptance. Enquiries regarding research projects should be directed to the Postgraduate Coordinator (http://www.adelaide.edu.au/graduatec...ator-list.html) in the Faculty of your choice. Alternatively you may contact the International HDR team ( agc.international@adelaide.edu.au ) at the Adelaide Graduate Centre and they will facilitate your enquiry.
