تامین هزینه آزمون، توسط ای تی اس، بخاطر شرایط و نتایج آزمون قبلی!

اگر قبول کنن که ویچر بدن، آیا این امتحانی رو که الان دادم رو نمره میدن؟

طبقي تجربه ايي كه دوستم داشتن بله نمره ميدن و ووچر هم ميدن. اينطوري نيست كه چون ووچر ميدن نمره رو از دم دستتون بردارن.اما اخيرا از سياستشون خبر ندارم. اين موضوع مال 2 سال پيشه.با يك ايميل ميتوندي بعد از گرفتن ووچر بپرسيد.

این متن ایمیلی هست که من 4 دسامبر 2012 گرفتم و امتهان من 18 موامبر بود و 28 نوامبر هم نمرمو داده بودن!!! چون حواسشون نبوده که نمره به حالت holding بشه، نمره من اشتباها ریپورت شد اما ووچر هم دادن!!!

در ایجا هم پرسیدم که نمرم چیمشیه که گفته چون اشتباه از ما بوده که ریپورت شه، میمونه!!!

در تجربه قبل از اون، تاریخ 5 فوریه 2012 امتحان دادم اما این دفه سریع جواب دادن و من ایمیل زیر رو دادن. که توش گفته بود یا با همون شرایط نمرو بگن یا اینکه ووچر بدن و نمره کنسل بشه!!!

متاسفانه اینجا یاد گرفتیم که تحت هر شرایطی الکی حقمون حورده بشه!! اما من با صداقت و اینکه صرفا مشکل پیش اومده رو به ای تی اس گفتم، بعد از بررسی بهم 2 بار ووچر دادن. مهم این بود که همون روز امتحان که اومدم خونه ایمیل زدم!! خدارو شکر بعد اینکه تونستم 16 فوریه 2013 نمره 98 بگیرم، ایمیل زدم و از خانم Doris Jackson تشکر کردم. ایشون هم خیلی خوشحال شد هم از برخورد من و هم اینکه نتیجه خوبی گرفتم. به دوستایی هم که کلا به مشکل می خورن پیشنهاد میکنم که حتما ایمیل بزنن و بدونن که هگه حق باهاشون باشه بررسی میکنن.

شما بهتره مستقیما به ایمیل اصلی خود ETS(در امریکا نه هلند) ایمیل بزنی(toefl@ets.org) و موضوع رو توضیح بدی.این آقای Mohamad Zaki El Tatar که پای ایمیل رو امضاء کرده یکی از مسئولین برگزاری تافل در ایران و خاورمیانه هست که در هلند هست.
تجربه ثابت کرده که مسئولینی که در امریکا هستند سریعتر به این مشکلات رسیدگی میکنند و بهتره که این موضوع رو مستقیما به اونها هم ایمیل کنید(اگه واقعا حق شما ضایع شده).
البته این رو هم بگم که بررسیشون چند روزی طول میکشه ولی حتما به ایمیل اصلیشون هم ایمیل بزنید.
