سلام عزیزان من بالاخره متوجه نشدم پرینت حساب و گردش اون باید ده هزار دلار باشه یا چهار هزار در ضمن تو خود سایت سفارت حدود پنجاه و پنج هزار کرونه که همون حدود چهار هزاره آخر کدوم درسته؟؟

منم توی سایت سفارت خوندم واسه ی اهداف تحصیلی و.. پنجاه و پنج هزار کرون و واسه اهداف تجاری صد و یازده هزار کرون نوشته, یه دوست خارجی هم دارم گفتش واسه اهداف تحصیلی هفتاد هزارکرون باید باشه, والا نمیدونم منم کدوم درسته

دو روز پیش، سفارت مجددا یه مصاحبه دیگه و تقریبا دو ساعته بام انجام داد. بقول خودشون این مصاحبه یه مصاحبه تکمیلی بود! سوالاتی که پرسیدن تقریبا همون سوالاتی بود که روز اول ازم پرسیدن. فقط دوستان فراموش نکنید که زمانیکه گواهی تمکن مالی لاتین (همراه با ترجمه چکی) رو به سفارت تحویل میدین حتما حتما گردش مالی (فقط به انگلیسی) حداقل 4 ماه اخیر همون حسابی که ازش تمکن مالی رو گرفتین با خودتون ببرید تا مثل بنده دچار این مشکل نشید.

واسه چی اون برگه گردش حساب انگلیسی رو دوباره میخوان!؟ من ازش کپی نگرفتم, ضمیمه شد به ترجمه چکی دیگه, حالا یعنی باید چیکار کنم! ؟؟

بنده چون در روز مصاحبه همراهم نبود و در واقع نقص مدرك داشتم در روز مصاحبه دوم ازم خواستن كه براشون ببرم. شما اگه بهشون دادين نگران نباشيد مداركتون كامله.

سلام دوستان وقت شما بخیر. من برای postdoc و کار میخوام برم جمهوری چک کسی تجربه ای در مورد ویزای نوع D که employment/long term هست داره که من رو راهنمایی کنه یا شماره و یا ایمیلی از بخشی از سفارت که درباره زمانی که طول میکشه تا ویزا صادر بشه و مدارکی که باید تحویل بشه راهنمایی کنه؟ ممنون میشم اگر راهنمایی کنید. تو خود سفارت این اطلاعات هست:

. Visa for study, employment and other long term visas
According to the applicable legislation [1], the government authority in charge of the residence of aliens in the Czech Republic is the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Useful information and advice regarding the conditions of the residence of aliens in the Czech Republic can be found on the Interior Ministry website at www.mvcr.cz under "Advice and Services for Foreigners".
The issuance of Czech visas and long-term residence permits is governed by the Aliens Residence Act. [2]According to this legislation, the visa and residence permit procedures fall within the competence of the Czech Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The full text of the Aliens Residence Act in English and Czech is also available on the website the Ministry of the Interior ( www.mvcr.cz).
Applications for long-stay visas (visas for a stay exceeding 90 days), long-term and permanent residence permits are considered by the Czech Republic Aliens Police.
Aliens who intend to stay in the Czech Republic for more than three months should obtain a long-stay visa.
Applicants for a long-stay visa are required to personally submit the " Application for Czech Visa" form together with other required documents at a Czech diplomatic mission. The applicant will be charged a visa application fee. Applicants under 15 years of age are exempted from the fee.
On receiving a long-stay visa application with other required documents, the mission will forward it to the Czech Republic Aliens Police for consideration and processing. Each application is considered separately. The result is sent back to the mission, which will notify the applicant. If the visa is granted, the mission will affix a visa sticker to the applicant's travel document.
Before the long-stay visa sticker is affixed, the alien will be required to present a document proving that he/she has a travel insurance policy valid for the period of stay in the territory of the Czech Republic.

Applying for a visa, the following must be presented:
· application form
· 2 photographs
· passport
· document confirming your sufficient financial resources for the stay in the Czech Republic:
- bank account statement in your name from a bank in the Czech Republic or in country of your residence showing present balance together with your name
- letter from the host or sponsor confirming support of the applicant during his or her stay in the Czech Republic (in case of a study program only !)
· document regarding accommodation in the Czech Republic:
- original statement of the owner of an apartment stating his/her ability and willingness to provide an accommodation for the time of stay (signature must be notarized by a Czech notary)
- in case of a lease of an apartment/house - the original or a notarized copy of the lease contract
- in case of an underlease - the original or a notarized copy of the lease contract and affidavit signed by the owner confirming the underlease (signature must be notarized by a Czech notary)
- in case of study, you may present an original document issued by a Czech university or school confirming accommodation for the time of your studies
· documents regarding the purpose of stay in the Czech Republic:
a) student class:
- original or a notarized copy of a document certifying the acceptance into a study program in the Czech Republic issued by a Czech university or school (copy notarized by a Czech notary)
b) employment class:
- copy of a working permit issued by the Employment Administration Office ("Povolení k zaměstnání") in the Czech Republic (notarized by a Czech notary)
c) commercial and investment class:
- copy of a Record from the Commercial Register ("Zápis od Obchodního rejstříku") in the Czech Republic (notarized by a Czech notary)
d) licensed professionals and bussines:
- notarized copy of a document confirming a discontinuation of the procedure for issuing trade license (" Živnostenské oprávnění") from "Živnostenský úřad" - this applies when the trade license has not been issued because of nonexistence of the long term permit
- notarized copy of a trade license ("Živnostenský list")
- notarized copy of a preliminary trade license (" ohlášení živnosti) in case that "Živnostenský list" was not issued
- notarized copy of a business license ("Koncesní listina")
- notarized copy of a contract or notarial protocol (" notářský zápis") confirming the establishment of a company
- notarized copy of a Record from the Commercial Register ("Zápis do Obchodního rejstříku")
e) family/accompanying family member:
- notarized copy of a marriage certificate
- notarized copy of a birth certificate
- other document certifying the relationship to relatives
f) visit/invitation:
- original official invitation letter certified by the Immigration Police of the Czech Republic
g) other purpose of stay (medical, cultural, sport, trade, business, foundation, tourist, and other)
- document certifying the reason of stay
· application for the Criminal History Record issued by the Police in the Czech Republic:
- form is available upon request at the Czech Embassy
· Criminal History Record from the country of your nationality (original or copy and a translation to Czech or English, both superlegalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Libya)

· Travel health insurance

- covering minimum 30 000 € and valid through the whole period of stay in the Czech Republic
· Birth certificate (original or copy and a translation to Czech or English, both superlegalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Libya)

· Proof of marital status (original or copy and a translation to Czech or English, both superlegalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Libya)

عذر ميخوام نوشتين تو پستاي قبل ترجمه پاسپورت به زبان چكي منظورتون اينه كه ما پاسپورت رو اينجا بديم ترجمه انگليسي بعد مهر دادگستري و وزارت خارجه بزنيم و خود پاسپورت و ترجمه انگليسيشو بفرستيم چك برامون ترجمه چكي كنن؟و اينكه نوشتين ضمانتنامه بانكي به ارزش ٤٠٠٠ يورو بايد به اندازه ٤٠٠٠ يورو چه مدت تو حسابمون پول باشه و ايا گردش لازمه براش؟ و ايا بايد به اسم خود دانشجو باشه؟ يه دنيا ممنون از لطفتون
