I studied the same LLM at Oklahoma University. If you want to stay at US and work there you have several choices
first: It is possible to find a relevent job with LLM degree also you can take the NY Bar exam if your LLM has the criteria
second: If UT accept you can transfer your LLM credits to the JD and then study the rest of courses to get JD, then take the Bar Exam and ... In this way you don't need to take LSAT. Talk to your director about this option . Not all the universities accept this.
third: If you want to study PhD in Law (SJD) you have to start with LLM, then apply for SJD Program. Usually they admit their own LLM students at SJD program
Check all of these options with your university before starting LLM.
Because you are foreign graduate I think it is better to study LLM insted of wasting your time to study for LSAT, if UT accept it.
I know University of Tulsa has the same program for Energy Law and they have this option to give you LLM and then accept that some of the credits for JD and admit you as JD student without taking LSAT.
